    I LOVE watching your “What I Eat” videos. My diet can be so bland from my Coach (and I know why 😩), but I enjoy the options you provide and will see how I can incorporate when I’m tired of eating chicken, asparagus, and sweet potatoes 🥴

    warm tea and a walk sounds like a perfect way to start the day! when I'm working from home, I sometimes just roll out of bed straight onto my laptop, but I really should incorporate some more movement in the morning. thanks for the inspo :)

      I completely understand! I too used to wake up and jump right into my electronics. That’s just not a healthy way to start the day. Even if your walk is just 5 minutes. It’s a great way to start the day as well as a new healthy habit.

    Hey girl hey I'm have try the drizzle of honey on the avacodo toast. And girl I love oat milk. Almond milk for some reason makes me bloated and gasey

    Probiotics are most effective in an empty stomach, drink the kombucha 30 mins after dinner or in the morning or in between meals. If you want something fizzy but good for guy try a prebiotic soda, it’s low calorie and low sugar

    Hi Kesha, I've been watching your videos for about 2 mths now and I think you do a great job. When I was younger I was into working out hard like you, seems like a lifetime ago.     So I’m now trying to figure out my macros. I’m trying to do 40% protein and 30% carbs and fat to test how my body feels. Do you count macros? I’m finding everything has carbs 😂 and I end up eating more carbs than protein. I think I need to start incorporating more protein shakes to make sure I’m getting my percentage of protein up

      Wanting those fast results will hurt you more than help you. I promise I used to be the same way. Taking it slow, a little at a time is what will benefit you the most. Focus on being consistent and enjoying the process, the results will come.

      I share what I eat. And I do in fact eat microwave meals. If that’s not a preference of yours, don’t put it in the microwave. You and anyone else have the freedom to use an oven or don’t eat them at all.

      @@grounded4845 what food? Microwaved food? The food is cooked, it’s being reheated in the microwave not cooked in the microwave. It’s the same if I had meal prep that I prepped myself, and then popped in the microwave to heat up.
