    JERK & HONEY SALMON BOWL
    Salmon:
    2 salmon fillets
    1 ½ tsp jerk seasoning (will vary depending on spice of blend)
    2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    ½ tsp. honey
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    sea salt & black pepper
    Avocado & mango salsa:
    1 mango
    1 avocado
    2 spring onions
    ½ red onion
    1 lime (juice)
    sea salt
    ¼ scotch bonnet (no seeds)
    Handful fresh coriander
    Black rice:
    1 cup black rice (soaked)
    1 ½ cup water
    sea salt
    1 tbsp. furikake
    AUBERGINE, CORN & SALSA BOWL
    Black bean & cumin quinoa:
    1 ½ cup cooked quinoa
    2 spring onions
    ½ red pepper
    100g cooked black beans
    40g fresh coriander
    Cumin dressing:
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    ½ lime (juice)
    ½ tsp. cumin powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    sea salt & black pepper
    Cherry tomato salsa:
    220g cherry tomatoes
    1 small red onion
    20g fresh coriander
    1 garlic clove
    ½ tsp. chipotle paste
    1 lime (iuice)
    sea salt
    Chilli buttered corn:
    2 corn on the cob or 350g corn kernels
    1 spring onion
    25g butter
    ½ chilli (vary depending on spice)
    20g fresh coriander
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    sea salt
    Griddled aubergine:
    1 aubergine
    1 tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tbsp. cumin seeds
    ½ tsp. smoked paprika
    sea salt & black pepper
    extra virgin olive oil
    LEMON GARLIC & HERB CHICKEN BOWL
    Chicken:
    2 chicken breast
    1 tbsp. mixed dried herbs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    4 chunky garlic cloves
    1 tbsp. tamari
    sea salt & black pepper
    extra virgin olive oil
    Herby yogurt:
    300g yogurt of choice (I used coconut)
    20g fresh mint
    20 fresh dill
    Salad:
    100g cherry tomatoes
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    ½ cucumber
    ½ red onion
    80g olives
    extra virgin olive oil
    sea salt
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp. dried oregano

    I don’t usually comment on videos; however, that salmon bowl was just too good not to shout about it. It’s my new favourite dish! It is so so tasty and made me feel so energised. I’m a terrible eater usually so this has definitely inspired me to eat better. Thank you :)

    I'm in a dark place right now when it comes to my health got up got knocked down again over and over trying to lose weight and try to find a way to be consistent with my healthy eating habits. Then I randomly came across your video on my timeline and I just love everything I just saw all the colors and the different flavors and variety and fresh ingredients I'm definitely going to be giving these a try I feel motivated again to try again to eat healthy and balanced for me.Thank you ❣️

      Take your time with everything and find what works for you. Losing weight can become overwhelming due to all the information(others opinions)out there. It’s a process but once you get over that hump it’s smooth sailing. God bless.

    I’m so glad you have a pescatarian option, a vegan option, and a regular meat option. As a pescatarian that eats a lot of vegan food I like to have more than one option. I’m thinking about trying the first recipe tomorrow.

    These all look delicious and so healthy but each bowl requires quite a lot of ingredients so these could get quite pricey. Would it be possible to do a video with more affordable ingredient combos. I’m a student and on a tighter budget.

      You could always use a cheaper fish fillet. Chicken is relatively inexpensive. Also the spices and such are reusable for many meals. I've been meal prepping for over 5 years and its much much cheaper than buying meals from fast food places. I typically spend around 100 us dollars a week for 4 meals a day. That's roughly 4 dollars a meal.

      Buy bulk items(grains, beans, legumes, etc) and for produce, buy only what you need. Same with meat, try to get that at a local butcher instead of just buying pre packed at the market. Also, for those bulk items, you can make them ahead of time and keep in the fridge for 3 day.

    Wow these bowls look so good! I don't know about anyone else, but I would love to see a video on food or bowls you eat during different points of your cycle. I have recently come off the pill and trying to get more in tune with my body, so such content would be really interesting to see!

      I did this 5 months ago and you will thank yourself! Lots of nutritious, whole foods kept me from feeling some of the negative weaning effects that people talk about. Your body will literally start speaking to you, it’s amazing! Good luck and congrats on putting your health and body first!

    I’m going to make my third recipe today in less than a week. I literally took a chance on your videos and decided to just buy tons of ingredients for several recipes and so far so so delicious. My husband has enjoyed them and I feel so good after eating them. Of course I tweak any recipe. Any cook does. But overall great, and ive shared with my sisters.

    I don’t know how this channel ended up on my suggested list but I’m so thankful. I love a good protein bowl. It’s hard to find recipes that are meat free or pescatarian friendly. I’ll be trying some of these this week.

    I just found your channel. I’m happy i did because I’m going through a lifestyle change and want to feel better and look better overall. These bowls will help with meal planning and keeping my caloric intake in line. I’ll probably add more protein since I’ll be in the gym more but thank you for the ideas!

    All these bowls look absolutely delish! I will be trying the last two bowls with everything except the “spicy” ingredients as I dislike anything “Spicy” 🥵 🌶 but I’m still confident it will still taste just as delicious!

    I am so glad you have put your ingredients in the description box.As a non native English speaking person it is not always easy to get the name/s of all the herbs and seasoning you mention 😉
    Today I have cooked your first recipe it was fantastic!!! Instead of black rise I used quinoa, but the flavours and the combination were so wonderful 😋 (yummy)

    I appreciate this so much. I’ve never been good at cooking meals for myself, and if I do I only know basics like pasta or anything with eggs. No variety at all. This video is so helpful and will help me expand my grocery list on a more regular basis.

    This video is perfect! The combinations, the simplicity of the foods used, but the complexity of the flavors! This is what I've been searching for.

    I have been tired of cooking at home because all of the options seemed boring and I was looking for a new flavors. I made all of the bowls and let me tell you, I did not even think about eating out once. The flavors were vibrant and delicious. Not only that they kept me full.     I have a garden growing now......peppers, (hot), cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. I never thought about bell peppers but I changed my mind because of the recipes shown in your videos. Im gonna add bell peppers ( red, orange, yellow and green). I may be late in planting but I think that I'll be be okay. As far as fresh spices, I pulled out my coriander (celantro) because they died and I'll replace with coriander with the green peppers and red peppers. So excited.

    You videos are inspiring me so much! Since I’ve watched them, I cook al lot more colorful and diverse. I started using roasted nuts, fresh herbs and lime juice in almost every dish lol. I started loving healthy food so much because it can have so much taste if you do it properly. ❤️❤️

    I made them all this week, they were all fabulous. My family of 5 cleaned their plates they could not get enough 😂 I think the salmon was the general favorite, i am originally from Trinidad so we appreciated the island flavors, thankyou for these awesome recipes.

    although i loved these bowls, it seems like a lot of work. maybe you can give us simple and easy ideas for bowls because they look realllyyy nice but i dont have the time
