      Aww thank you!! I just want to keep it as simple as possible. Fitness doesn’t have to be some crazy difficult thing. Yes the work is very hard and takes some serious discipline… but the information itself is not that complicated.

      @@KeshaCollins most youtubers just say eat this number of calories. Period. You go into into the macros and keeping the protein high. Makes so much more sense! That way I’m not just eating a bunch of junk food. Thank you again!

    it know i need to eat more if i want to not just be lifting or exercising in general for no reason! its so hard but this is helpful, like just keep it simple and plan ahead!

      Yes, always start with plugging info first. That way your numbers aren’t way off trying to figure it out throughout the day. And I’m not quite sure.

      I am currently about 175lbs. I am for roughly 150gs. I could go a bit higher or a tad bit lower. But try to aim for 1.5-2g per 1kg (not lbs)

    I need to lose weight. Personally I do need to track my calories because I even tried Carnivore and I am gaining weight. I never did Keto but is this more like Keto? Simple calories are the easiest math but Keto seems very complex to me.

      Definitely not keto. I don’t like any diet that requires you to remove a food group. And keto is no carbs, and I definitely eat carbs. I follow a more flexible diet. I eat most sources of protein, I have fats and I have carbs. I just eat it all in moderation. I still drink and I still eat out. But most of the time I’m eating from home.

      ​@@KeshaCollins I have autoimmune Hashimoto none of those diets work for me. I don't have that type of control and don't even know if that's healthy. I believe this is what I need as well, physically and spiritually moderation. Not eliminating a whole food group but how much. Thank you! ☺

      @@earthwisdomhelps ahh ok. So with Hashimoto’s I think the paleo diet 80 percent of the time is best, with 20 percent flexibility. Now I am not a nutritionist by any means or your doctor so this is only a recommendation. Paleo diet does limit certain food groups like dairy and grains, but I think adding those in moderation so your diet isn’t restrictive will help with your sanity. But the diet will help with your symptoms.
