I have been having the best time researching and testing out new recipes for you all; it’s making it so much easier to stick to my meal plan because I’m never bored of the meals. I hope this video inspires you to meal prep and get creative with your meals. Remember, healthy eating does not have to be bland or boring.     Thank you for this it’s needed because you don’t find too many pescatarian related channels exclusively. After being vegan for 10years becoming pescatarian saved my body from being nutrient deficient in many ways.

      @@liad3451 I just transitioned to pescatarian after being vegetarian for 5 years. I started off by just eating shrimp and then I went from there! Just start small and build your way up

    beautiful meal prep! I was just thinking the other day about how ideal the mason jars would be for making salad dressings. I will be purchasing some soon. That roasted red pepper hummus is delicious. I use to use it as a spread for my vegetable wraps and sometimes for sandwiches. tfs 🙏🏾🌻

    The salad that you made reminds me of the salmon salad I like to get from Publix. Yours has less calories of course so I will try it out. I for sure need to stock up on some small mason jars to keep my dressing in. I feel they last longer that way.

    Tip to keep your cucumbers, scoop out middle and then slice. I find it last longer without the slimy middle.
