  • Let's walk and sweat the weight off with this fat burning 5000 steps walking workout you can do at the comfort of your own home. This is an intense, calorie killer workout with some challenging moves that will get those abs engaged and keep your heart rate elevated throughout, this burning more calories.
    As with all of my walking workouts, this is not to the beat workout. I film every workout without any audio in as I do not want the music to slow me down.
    But enough of this!

    Around 4000 steps, 250-270 kcal!! it is great for 30 minutes!! Loved it❤

    It was the enthusiasm that i read in the comments that encouraged me to do this workout. It sure was every bit correct and more. The music is great, i am going to start using it when i walk on the treadmill, the exercises are simple and easy to do, yet they worked me up. I enjoyed it very much and i thank the people who posted these positive and sincere comments and i also thank you for giving us an easy, enjoyable and effective workout :)

    Not 5K steps however I did get 3600, went 1.4 miles and burned 539 calories so I still liked it. It was great for a much needed rest day from strength/running. Thanks!

      If you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh? Just so I can see the calorie to weight ratio and have a rough idea of what mine will be :)

      @@thememaster7 I don't mind, I gave up worrying about other people's opinions a long time ago! I weigh 130 lbs. Also, I've done this one a bunch more times and typically walk in between each one for the 5 seconds and then walk around during the 30 second break so I'm consistently getting about 3800 steps now. 😊

    Great workout that had me out of breath by the end. The only problem I had with it is that you aren't in time with the music. Being a dancer I found it frustrating trying to keep up with you and in time. But enjoyed the workout without having to jump. Thank you.

    I've just discoverer this channel! I started my workout journey last year in June and managed to lose more than 10 kg. Then, I lost motivation (results were harder to get) and slowly stopped to exercise, also due to changes in my work schedule. I love your workouts because I don't stop between exercises and therefore workout more. I burned 300 kcal with this one! I can see myself getting motivated again by your videos 😊 Looking forward to sharing results in the future!

    Depending on your step count this is about two miles. I think
    I will have to do this a couple of times to get all the moves, but it is good. There is nothing like moving like this to cope with stress. Weight management is always a bonus. Thanks so much

    I am STHM and i got +8 kg, so i searched for some easy workouts for beginners. Your was perfect for me, i didn't track steps, but i sweat a lot and my gluteus and legs are burning 🥵🤤

    This was fun and not too intense. Got a good sweat on! Burned 246 total calories and walked 2.05 miles according to apple watch. I like all of the knee ups and kicks because it works more muscles in the legs and helps with flexibility. I used to take a fitness group class called "kick and core / cardio kick" and the moves in this video are similar to that, but lower impact / shorter time.

    Only just found Olivia today and subscribed. I love a walking workout. I was sceptical about getting 5000 steps in 36 mins and my tracker did only record 3104 (261 calories) but I loved that this was different to other walks and will be looking at the whole library for other kinds of workout too!

    So far the best workout I have run into, I’m not a typical sweating person. But this workout really made me sweat and my core is sore afterwards. Rhyme is spot on, the speed also makes it so easy to focus on tensing the core. Absolutely adding to my fave morning routine

    Thank you so much for this. I’m going through a couple of injuries while trying to keep up with my workouts and this got me sweating a little. I’m a former fitness instructor and used to work out so intensely. This reminds me of aerobics. I love it.

    I got 3243 steps.i wasn’t as fast and i’m sure my watch it not very accurate. Burned 72calories.🤷🏻‍♀️ either way i’n sweating buckets..👍🏻
