I just found this workout. I could only get to 15minutes. I will keep going till I get the whole 30 minutes. I am 64 years old and plan on staying as young as I can. Thanks...see you tomorrow!
This workout was great! Here are my stats- Total steps- 3400 Calories - 287 kcal Avg BPM- 144bpm Max- 174bpm It wasn't 5k steps even though I was fast and in pace with her but I'm happy with the workout and exercises!😁
Just found your workouts and I really enjoyed this one. 71 years young and it was doable. I can't get down on the floor but I did my own standing version. I look forward to working out more with you.
I'm 2 months from being 57 and just found this and am beginning to work out daily to get healthy... will be keeping track and see just how much I can drop by July. congrats on your success Susan.
After so long I managed to workout 30 minutes straight without giving up and now I am so full of sweat and happy. My fast-track watch showed 3195 steps, but the calories burned seems a lot. Let's hope one day, I achieve my goals. xoxo
Love this workout! I’ve done it a few times now but not quite 5,000 steps only around 3,500 each time but regardless of that it makes me burn over 200 calories in 30 mins and gets me motivated ❤ thank you!
Never have sweat this much ever! Started 3 days with total beginner workout, low impact. Then tried yours on day 4. Love it! I don't know 30 mins can be this fast.
I modified a lot of what was in the video and just focused on keeping moving. Had similar results to others in the comment section. 3500 steps approximately and about 200 calories.
I only got 3000 steps. I added arm movements to many exercises and did real burpees to increase active calories. It was a fun and easy workout, perfect for those days you don’t want to hit it hard.
I have Psoriatic Arthritis and have bad joints, so these low impact or 'no jumping' workouts are perfect for me and exactly what I have been looking for. I would question the step count here, though. To achieve 5000 steps in 30 mins, you have to do 2-3 steps per second without stopping.
I was doing great til the first Fast Feet. From there, I couldn't keep up and it was a slow crash and burn. And yet, I finished. The burpees were a train wreck for me, but still. I'll be back to try this again I a few months and see how I've improved. Thanks for helping me get healthier. 46yo man.
Holy crow. I TRIED the best I could. I do suffer in the coordination department. I modified some moves. By "modified" I mean I ran in place instead. For every 100,000,000 moves you did, I did 4. Challenge accepted. 💖
I did this workout as fast as I could (slightly faster than Eleni Fit) with proper form and my total steps was 3576. This was a great workout and kept me interested throughout. Thank you.
Such a good workout! Only tried it today and I’m so tired and sweaty! Couldn’t do all the movements but just changed them to what I could do. Didn’t reach 5k in steps but I think the more I keep going at it I’ll get there. I did manage just over 1k in steps so I think that’s definitely a start and a step in the right direction. I can only get better from here on out
Finished this busy workout this morning. 300 calories! 🤩Love it soooooo much. Different from other walking exercise, this one is 60 sec with NO off and some moves are a bit more challenging. 👍 Highly recommend.
I've completed a number of your workouts (my favorite are the all standing no jumping ones) and I LOVE this one. I hope you'll make more of these Walking Workouts!
Thank you for this vid to follow along with! Due to being overweight, having Dystonia, and having two pretty bad rounds of Covid back to back and my lungs getting trashed from it, I can only do 10 mins tops, but it's a start. I'm trying to work up to 10 mins 3-5 times a week for now. It's exactly what I was looking for, TYVM!
Omg thank you for this I needed 5,000 more steps to reach my 10k mark today and didn’t feel like going to the gym omg this is intense but I feel Amazing 😻
Thank you I just found your video and tried it today. I am going to be doing it every day I just loved it, I normally do 10k everyday you just made it so fun and easy THANK YOU!!!!!!
I'm suffering an injury - Ischiogluteal bursitis and have been dying to find a workout that doesn't aggravate it, (Can't do any straight bends etc) this is perfect to get me moving and burn a few calories - thank you!
Just found your workout 🙂 It was challenging but fun. Made my necessary modifications and kept trying. Thanks for presenting and being a positive healthy example
Thank you so much for this workout! 💕I have some health issues so can’t always find the right kind of workout, but this worked so well for me. It felt powerful yet also not too hard on my body, just perfect!!
I got 3196 steps on my watch, but many of these movements would not be registered by a pedometer. The plank, for example… Still a great workout! I was actually surprised! Thank you!
Absolutely loved this workout! What do you recommend is the best exercise category to put on your Apple Watch when doing it? I wasn’t sure what to put it under- thank you! X
wow this was a really good workout! so fun and even though most TH-cam workouts are inaccurate in calorie burn claims, I actually got a good 200 AND like 2500 steps!
GREEAAAAT. It was really really funny, i sweated a lot Total steps - 4034 Calories - idk if it's correct but my app scores 161 kcal and I think they are more I'm gonna save it in my favorites and find time to do it twice
Thank you for this. I will do this workout again. My only constructive criticism is that the dancing is not always lined up with the beat of the music.
Expectations for walkers out there: The average person walks approximately 1,000 steps every 10 minutes, meaning you may or may not reach the 5,000 steps as indicated- but who cares? 30 minutes of continuous activity is healthy in its own right!
This workout is 🔥🔥🔥🔥!!! I loved it. I do have to supplement with another step workout to reach 10k steps after doing it twice. This one adds up to about 3.3k steps.
wet day here so thought would do this instead of usual walk. Was disappointed just made 3,300 steps. But saw many others found the same.Relieved wasn’t just me .Thought was making enough of an effort for higher count. But did find time went faster than expected.
Thanks!
Thank you so much😍🫶
I just found this workout. I could only get to 15minutes. I will keep going till I get the whole 30 minutes. I am 64 years old and plan on staying as young as I can. Thanks...see you tomorrow!
Yay keep it up💪🥳

May i know your height and weight ?
3462 for me at the same pace
DO NOT underestimate this workout. It kicked my butt

Wow you’re a power woman…love it😍
I'm 2 months from being 57 and just found this and am beginning to work out daily to get healthy... will be keeping track and see just how much I can drop by July. congrats on your success Susan.
I hope I can do this at that age! What an inspiration!
susan u are a queen 👑👑👸
I don't think any of these are on the floor (as in laying). Either way, great going!!
Thank you for another great workout. I sweated so much.
Thank you so much for your support Jenny😍🫶 glad you like it🥰
I was hoping for 5000 steps, but only 3450 with this workout! Will keep moving the rest of the day to get 10,000! Thanks for a great start!!!❤
Same amount of steps, despite that, still a good low impact workout :)
After so long I managed to workout 30 minutes straight without giving up and now I am so full of sweat and happy. My fast-track watch showed 3195 steps, but the calories burned seems a lot. Let's hope one day, I achieve my goals.

Ello u 😜
Same for me.. about 3,400
Love the workout but I agree is not 5,000 steps 😮
Never have sweat this much ever! Started 3 days with total beginner workout, low impact. Then tried yours on day 4. Love it! I don't know 30 mins can be this fast.
Thanks for smashing it🔥💪
💙 I have discovered that I have no rhythm or coordination lol …but I made it through 😅
😁💪🥰
Lol same I have no coordination or balance but it's still fun🤣🤣🤣
@@EleniFit more please ❤️
It's okay! Just keep trying.
It was not on rhythm in half of it, so maybe it is not your fault 😃
368 calories burned & about 4500 steps! Love this video! Will definitely try more of them 🥰
3,200 steps, 430 fitbit calories, 1.42 miles, pretty good indoor cardio👍👍
I modified a lot of what was in the video and just focused on keeping moving. Had similar results to others in the comment section. 3500 steps approximately and about 200 calories.
Such a great workout!! I will be doing this one again for sure!!
Steps: 3,188
Average HR: 164

Really enjoyed the workout with no break in between the exercises. It made it more challenging and I was sweating! Thank you Eleni!
No repeats and no rest! Love it! I love that you kept moving and the variety was excellent!
I was doing great til the first Fast Feet. From there, I couldn't keep up and it was a slow crash and burn. And yet, I finished. The burpees were a train wreck for me, but still. I'll be back to try this again I a few months and see how I've improved. Thanks for helping me get healthier. 46yo man.
Thank you so much for this! Also I love how your background is simply calming and not distracting. Just like a peaceful walk!! ❤️
Thank you, I really appreciate it🥰

This was super sweaty and awesome, but I only got 3000 steps! Any idea what I might doing wrong? I followed pretty accurately.
Absolutely loved this workout! What do you recommend is the best exercise category to put on your Apple Watch when doing it? I wasn’t sure what to put it under- thank you! X

Súper encantada! Ya llegue gracias por acompañarme ya hoy cumplo 40 semanas de embarazo! 💪👏🏼👏🏼
Congratulations☺️
Definitely gonna try this workout
Me encantó que buenos ejercicios
I do 10k a day and it takes 10 minutes to do 1K. Just at 1:40-50mins. I do this pace you are doing or faster so it seems off a bit to do 5k in 30 min
This was so fun and easy to do over my lunch break!!
This was perfect. Thank you! 🤸🏻♀️
Thank you for this! ❤
Thank you for the workout
It was 3000 steps for me
Great work🥳
Great workout thanks!! ❤
Just subbed!
