ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout and will be definitely be doing this again soon. I got 3387 steps from this and about 1.45 recorded KM's on my walk tracker but more importantly me was the heart rate variability work and the total body aspect. Keep doing these for us and I love the balance between some music but also all of your valuable information shared. THANK YOU !!!!

I truly enjoyed this workout, and I think the music makes workouts more enjoyable. I do appreciate the kind of music and volume of the music played. It added to the workout without distracting. I have been doing walking workouts for about 13 years, but lately do a lot of rebounding and step. Also I include barre and strength. Thank you so much for sharing. I am edging toward 73 and enjoy the movement.

This was just what I needed today. I wasn't up for anything too strenuous, but I wanted to move my body and get my heart rate up a bit. YES to the music- saves me from having to pull up my own playlist ;) I HAVE to have music for cardio workouts- I'm totally beat driven and my body automatically moves to the beat. Just what I needed today,hubby braved a run but I couldn't get out of bed, mind you he went out at stoopid O'clock and reported ice everywhere. So this was very timely and hubby even joined in ! Thanks again, and agree music worked here but you're so right to avoid it in your normal classes. Debs
This was super fun. I got in about 4,000 steps. I’m almost at 6,000 for the day already! Was having a low energy day but this picked me up perfectly. I too was reminded of early aerobic classes. I loved the music as it kept me going and not slow down. ❤
This was great! I use this type of 'walk' on my rest days. I also use them on my working out day in order to get some cardio type benefit. I am not a 'cardio buff' type person so this is perfect. I also appreciate the use of the music for tempo but it wasn't so loud that it drowned you out. Thanks again for all you do PJ!

Good uses to start with are low impact cardio (treadmill, climbing a stepper), bodyweight exercises like squats & push-ups. Start light and see how you feel!

I was so excited to see this on the calendar this morning; thanks! 🚶🏾♀️I put on a Bollywood playlist and hit 3,571 steps-yay! 🎉 For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been occasionally tacking on 10-minute “step”/walk workouts (that TH-cam had as recommendations on your videos) after your workouts. I’m finding them a nice way to loosen up after a tough workout. And thank you for the reminder about putting on a weighted vest. Mine has been “weighting” in my closet for me to use it. 😅 What other types of your workouts would a weighted vest be a good accessory for?
