Awesome workout, I did 1.53 miles at 268 active calories and an average heart rate of 118bpm. I am getting better at some of the steps where you move the feet and hands in different directions, but I did find myself trying to copy some of the graceful movements you do with your hands. It is amazing how you make it almost like a dance, where I am an ugly duckling stumbling through watching the graceful swan, but perhaps someday I may be closer to your nice movements. To wrap up my workouts for the day I am thrilled to have done your workout, so thank you.
I am really not a dancer, and not graceful at all. Lifting is where my heart is but I try my best to make a LISS workout as effective as it possible can be, while improving coordination, balance and endurance. Have a wonderful day and keep up the amazing work. 🤗
Would love to see another 5000 step workout and an hour long walking workout with cooldown stretches! My shoulders are too tight to connect my hands during the cool down stretches at the end of this workout, but I will keep working at them! Thanks so much for a great morning walk!

I think this is my favorite! No crazy, complicated moves--just constant movement that keeps my heart rate up! Much more fun than walking on a treadmill. 👍🏿

Olivia, I am looking for an old video of yours that I really liked. It was a 5000 steps and you were outside with a long sleeved yellow top. I liked it more because it was outside. Now I can't find it anywhere. I think I was doing this particular video the fall of 2021.
the sudden flashing of "NEXT" just triggered my vertigo and migraine, I didn't mind that your videos was very bright but the flashing every time you change to your next steps just triggered me. your workout had helped me a lot i lost 50 lbs together with fasting. I just hoped if you add bits and pieces just no sudden bright flashing as we are in front of the screen. sudden brightness and dimming while doing these exercises does not help. thanks
I got 2900 steps so this def isn't a 5k steps workout but at least I did some movement because her workouts are never boring + the coordination moves make it so much fun!

Really enjoyed the variation to keep the joint pain away. Didn’t count steps but was able to burn 210 active calories. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
