I tend to do your workouts when I’ve planned to do a workout but don’t feel like it. It’s not that they aren’t a workout, they are and I’m sweating and cussing and pushing through it and maybe pausing the video more than I would if I was feeling more up to it. But they always make me feel so good that I’m still glad I worked out in the end. That’s why. Thank you for what you do Anna!!

Oh Anna Thanks so much 🥰, it was so intense and amazing. So intense, that I was so glowing 🥵 and sweaty in my face, that our camerasecure system in our building didn't recocnize me and shut off the elevator for me, so i had to call for help, to get up with the elevator to my apartment 😅😅

Love Anna's workouts, but I have just 1 bone to pick - whenever a workout says "no jumping" it automatically means that it's not knee-friendly, and it's mostly going to be a variety of lunges and squats 😩 There's plenty other exercises that burn like hell and don't strain the knees (floor-based pilates exercises for example). Other than that, thanks for keeping us all sweating and motivated to exercise ❤
