  • I am so excited to share my 5 favorite whole food, plant-based snacks. These are healthy vegan snacks that you can eat every single day.
    I love to snack, I don't think I could ever do a diet that didn't allow me to snack during the day. But it is SO important that your snacks be nutritious, and not empty calories. Each of my favorite snacks are PACKED with nutrients, so I can enjoy them guilt-free between meals. First up are my Matcha Protein Balls (recipe below). Then I go for the ever classic ants on a log (aka, celery with peanut butter). Then I cover my customized trail mix set up, for individualized snacks for the whole family. And the ever classic hummus and chips and vegan yogurt with berries round out the top 5.

    Great video Sophie! I learned that wild blueberries are superior to cultivated so I always choose those (frozen is easiest to find) I love Addictive Wellness chocolate for a snack~ One square with a piece of date~coconut roll and I am in heaven!

    We love simple mills GF crackers and I buy in bulk when they’re on sale
    I use so delicious coconut yougurt unsweetened vanilla with stevia and hemp or like you blueberries it’s delcious
    Also I like to add chocolate chips to a trail mix
    Maybe you can do a demo or sprouting seeds and nuts
    I have been so lazy about trying this but know how good it is for you

    I am very sensitive to caffeine, does anyone know if matcha is caffeinated? I wonder since she says it helps with burning calories.

    Lovely snack ideas. You also mentioned that you like to occasionally eat one or squares of dark vegan sugar free chocolate . I'm not vegan and just adjusting to eat dark 70% chocolate and still has some sugar in . Can you suggest any healthier low sugar dark chocolate. I've hear a little a day can be quite good for you! I live in Oxfordshire England.

    Thank you for not holding up your hand to show 5 fingers when you said your “5 favorite snacks. You Tubers love to do that and it’s one of my peeves. We are not in kindergarten.

    you have many good videos and tips as this video as well.but please do not give advice if it something you do not know or are sure of.for example that I shuld take iodine when I have no thyroid.Its dangerous.And I could get cancer back,And its not good for anybody who have no thyroid.T"hey should never eat or ingest any kind of iodine eathier in food or supplements.anyway keep up the good work.tips,videos,foodtips,,DIY creams etc etc
