Okay here is the secret. Buy green avocados several days prior to making this recipe. Then as they ripen ( which is a few days) stick them in the fridge which stops the ripening. When you have 3, 4 or 5 all in the fridge you’re ready to go
@@jeanettegiles6155 this is my trick too! Gone are the days where I have to use an avocado within 5 minutes of it ripening or risk it going to waste! Putting it in the fridge at the exact right moment of ripeness can buy me up to an extra WEEK of ripe avocado perfection! 🥑🤌🏼
I just want say I just tried your Italian dressing on my big salad today....omg it's so good. Not too sweet, very tangy from vinegar..and most important not oily. I really thought it would not adhere to the salad but it did. I am going to marinate some vegetables to grill for tomorrow.
Yum will def be making this! Thanks for sharing! Going to check out your cheese sauce I made it homemade from potato and carrots but eliminating the steps would be nice for a fast night!
Thank you for being so down to earth and explaining things so well. Love every recipe I have tried so far! Love the veggie broth and the cheese sauce!!! What brand knives do you use?
Hi Dillon & Reebs. Thanks for the yummy 😋 vegan whole plant foods 7 ingredients dip. Love 🥰 the video and love 😍 Well Your World and love ❤ Dillon & 💓 Reebs.
Both Early California and Lindsay make reduced sodium olives-black or green. They can be a little hard to find, though. Also, I have had success making tortilla chips in the microwave.
I was at a nacho bar work thing recently (not SOS free but mostly vegan at least) and watched a man act like the giant guac container was solely his. I’m team get a plate now.
I love those tomato “innards”! Don’t toss them, Dillon … that’s wasteful! Use them in a salad dressing, a sauce, or soup. Just put them in a jar or Tupperware until you need them. Voila! 😋
I've recently changed my opinion of fatty whole plant foods. I used to think they were fine under any circumstances, but my opinion is now that they're bad for anyone who is even slightly overweight, or who has the slightest bit of diabetes. If you're slim and active, nuts and avocado is probably okay in small amounts, but the vast majority of people should be avoiding them 100%. The push by many highly regarded vegan doctors, to recommend nuts as "healthy sources of fat" is wrong. No matter the source, high fat foods worsen nitric oxide production, and induce lipemia.

A few avocados all perfectly ripe at the same time... What sorcery is this?!
Love the input! I’m also challenged with avocados at the same ripeness…any suggestion tips out there in Well your World land?!

Ha Ha !
Don't forget to buy the avocados that still have the stem. Once the stem falls off they begin to oxidize and turn brown.
"Be an adult and use a plate." 😂
I love it! This looks so yummy!
This is the best dip ever I dip French fries in it made from potatoes
I'm making this tonight for the debate. Wanted to make something special. Ty
Nothing better then an oil free high carb dip for some low fat bread or oven baked chips, Carbs FTW! 💪💪
Love that you use can products awesome 😊
Looks amazing, I like using Serrano peppers in my pico. They are more consistent in their spice than jalapeño.
I would put some lime in the avocado to keep it from oxidizing and to brighten the rather fatty avocado taste.
That looks delicious.
Great idea for end of year graduation 👩🎓 👨🏻🎓👨🏿🎓party!
for sure!

Nice! I love dips!! Thank you, WYW❤
Going to try it this week, looks so good 😊
Looks great! thanks for sharing
I would like to make this ahead of time and bring it to an event. Does the avocado turn brown?
The avocado will likely brown. It would be best to prep all of the layers individually and combine before the event.

I like El Rancho Market

😄 thank you for the laugh! I agree
Hi there! Does any of your spice mixes and dried veg have any fillers or corn starch in them?
Just concerned because I’m very sensitive to it.
No fillers and no corn starch. If there are specific items you want to avoid, you can send us an email and we will let you know if we use it.
I love those tomato “innards”! Don’t toss them, Dillon … that’s wasteful! Use them in a salad dressing, a sauce, or soup. Just put them in a jar or Tupperware until you need them. Voila! 😋

Enjoy guacamole with one avocado and a half of cup of frozen peas. All the flavor, but a lot less fat.
great way to cut down on the fat
I have a recipe for an avocado pea dip also which is so good
🤣"Don't just dip right into the dip, what if your chip breaks?"
Please see if you can stop the echo on your mike. Ahhhh! Otherwise, nice video, tasty looking recipe.
What's wrong with sour cream?
It's dairy
@@whitney6641 It's cultured dairy though.
@marjn1030 it's still dairy and this is a channel about whole food plant based foods.
Watch how it’s done…. Chip breaks immediately lmao
I tried to tell her…
we should eat healthy shallot we hhhmmmmm?
