I have one I installed an edf on. its easy to launch even by your self. I kept the box too and wrapped it in coroplast as a carrying case. gj!!

Yeah. Next flight I launched it myself. Super easy. It just flies out of your hand. Edf! In addition to the prop or replacing it?

Love that glider about as much as my Mibo Red Bull one. It's a great one and at half the price. Are you planning on buying wing bags for the fuselage? Might have to have them specially made. I think it's worth it for storage purposes and I like the foam box for transportation. The size of the glider makes it worth every penny bc it flies so great❤

I just leave it in the box. Learned my lesson though. Mark the wings so it's easier to figure out how to put it back!

Just curious to see if you set your rates up by the book. It flys beautifully.

Yep. I do. I usually set 3 rates. The highest being 100 percent travel while book low and book high become my low and mid. After getting used to it, i fly high rates all the time.

Question! I have the x20s and really love it. Is it possible to set throttle on a switch time delay before it becomes active. I do a lot self launches with my edf'sith prop planes or gilders it would be great if this is possible. This would give you time flip switch on and setup to launch plane and then pick up radio and flip switch off and be back in control of your throttle-- Thanks and have a super day.

Ok. If I understand correctly, flip a switch and throttle up... the throttle will not become active until a certain time has passed. Is that right? I would probably create a logical switch. FUNCTION A=X. SOURCE (your switch you want to activate) Value -100% (if you want the switch to be in the up position when you activate it). ACTIVE CONDITION -ALWAYS ON. DELAY BEFORE ACTIVE (input the number of seconds you want it to delay). I would then create a new FREE Mix for throttle and disable the regular throttle mix. On the new mix for throttle, set the active condition to Logical Switch 1. That's the basic for this. I would actually keep the regular throttle mix and just have It in throttle cut when I run this other mix so you have two ways to run the plane... does that make sense?

@@all_rc Thank you for the quick response. I will give it a try on one of my test planes. I'm thinking like your glider you need someone to launch it. But with the throttle delay it will give you time to get ready to launch when the throttle becomes active. then you can pick up radio and cut the throttle delay switch off do some flying.

FYI, I've never found the need for a throttle delay when launching. The Fox glider, I now launch that myself. Put it in safe mode and throttle up. Then again, besides small 50mm edfs, I've never launched an EDF by hand. Not really sure how that would work. Might also wanna program some beeps so you know when the throttle kicks on...
