Thank you so much for your effort and I just love your workouts. I have some knee issues and the fact you don't jump is great for me. Even my arms feel more toned.     I found Eva's workouts about a month ago and I can't get enough! I workout 6 days a week and like to try new things to keep it fresh and fun. Low impact high intensity and burn lots of calories. The music makes you want to move and is addictive!

    It’s me again. Now I can 10 minutes of this routine without taking a rest ☺️
    I added 5 minutes of your beginner fat burning workout (although I do it slower because I feel like if I do it at your own pace, I don’t do it properly since I still don’t know how to do the belly moves haha. My next goal is to do those 5 minutes at your pace and without taking a rest, then add more minutes :) )

    I hope one day I'll be able to do it without taking breaks. I have arthritis and I used a wheelchair for around 4 years and this year a stopped using it but i still can't walk really well and I can't stand for more than 5 minutes,
    My goal was doing 20 minutes of this routine in the morning and last 20 min of this routine in the afternoon but my knees started hurting and I only did 10min and took many breaks :(( kinda disappointed but I guess I should've expected that since I can't even walk well :((
    so I hope one day I'll be able to do this without taking breaks every 2 minutes

      That's AMAZING! Stop and take a moment and be amazed at what your body can do. I'm a middle-aged disabled person with physical and mental issues. I never gave myself or my body enough credit for what it was able to do for me. I realized this lack of recognition left me upset and even depressed. Ik it doesn't seem like much and you want to do more, but congratulate yourself along the way! This will help with your motivation too. Best of luck to you.

      @@yazmincelis9023 Hola la verdad son maravillosas éstas rutinas. Yo ya llevo 5 meses haciéndolas , primeros 4 meses 6 veces a la semana ahora solo5 días, pero te puedo decir que ya bajé 4 kilos y solo una talla, y las longitas de la panza y de los costados. Te las recomiendo mucho.

      He de decir que empecé con otra rutina,
      una de Jenifer Varela
      Tres meses aproximadamente
      Luego vi las rutinas asiáticas y probé una que era de 15 minutos
      Y seguí con la otra
      Hacia las dos
      Asta que me di cuenta que la asiática, es menos cardio,
      cosa que agradezco
      Por mis articulaciones y rodillas aunque en la asiática utilizas mucho los brazos y quemó más calorías,
      Pero...
      Hay que ponerle intensidad y ganas
      Beber mucha agua,reducir las cantidad de comida ya que yo comía no mucho,
      pero si más de lo normal,
      Como:
      Más proteínas,verduras, fruta
      Y menos pan, tortillas, y dulces,cuesta pero tu cuerpo se acostumbra
      Y muy de vez en cuando me doy un gusto
      Ahora hago las rutinas más largas
      Y desde que empecé,por ahí de abril
      Tenía 80 k y más
      Y hoy en día tengo 74k
      Según he leído es mejor bajar lento,que si te cuidas no vuelves a recuperar esos kilos perdidos
      Sin embargo con esas dietas rápidas,por experiencia propia,
      bajas rápido,
      pero luego recuperas el doble así que sí,si he bajado
      No me suelo ver en el espejo asta no sentir un cambio más drástico
      Pero mis amistades si que lo han notado y yo lo noto en mi ropa
      Así que estoy contenta y a seguir quitandome kilos
      Suerte y ánimo🏋️👏🏼👏🏼
