    Love these! Been doing them for a few weeks. Anyone else struggling to keep doing belly crunches when you need to move your feet too? 😂🙋‍♀️ Just about move my arms & belly simultaneously - brain can’t do all 3! 😂 ❤️

    I have been following her videos for past 2 weeks and can see significant toning in my body (yes, arms, stomach and legs). This particular workout was worth 543 calories per my garmin device. Will updated after a week where it's going.
    Stats: 5'10, 70 kgs.

    Just finished this workout. It was amazing! It wasn't too intensive, so I didn't have to pause to catch my breath, but I ended up sweating and burning a lot! When I saw the video I thought it was only an arm workout, but it engages the whole body. It was also low impact (I did it barefoot on a mat) and there was no jumping noise! Love it!

    This is like the easiest workout I’ve ever done, and weirdly it burns a lot of calories (for me it was 250 calories). My heart rate was really stable the entire time. Hope it works lol! I’m gonna keep doing this when I need a workout that is not too intense.

    Empece hace 3 semanas y me ha funcionado. Hago estos ejercicios 4 a 5 veces por semana y como de todo pero sin abusar. Mi cintura estaba en 33 pulgadas y ahora esta en 32, mi cadera de 44 a 43.2 pulgadas. Si se puedee

      @@astridgirasole With my family we do 1 hour a day from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday we do not do to rest the body. we do 2 routine of 26 min of the same videos of her or we make a video of 36 min and another of 20 to complete 1 hour of exercise. All of her routines are very good and my abdomen is already forming. there are 3 videos that we do the most but they always upload 1 new video of it we do it too. But with a routine that they do daily is enough and they will see how in 1 week they will notice the change. I will leave you the Link of the 3 Eva routines that we like the most.

    Hello Eva, I’ve been following your channel for a month, and in that month I did 21 days of aerobics, always working hard, keeping up with your pace, but because of that waist movement going back and forth, the one you do here 1:22 , I acquired a pain as if it was inflamed in the middle of the back. Of course, it's not your fault, this is just a warning to anyone who wants to do aerobics, take it easy!

    first 10 mins are warmup...uh wont sweat out much...but after 10 mins its high intensity dance....the tune is siper magical...the first kind of workout i totally enjoyed doing...i hav started from today nd could do only 23 mins..nice job...keep it up🍸🍸
