I am 68 and have a thin lean frame and doing the pull ups was always a dream !to achieve this I first I did the machine assisted one and then realised that it's the forearms that needed to be strengthened which u yatinder sir clearly stated . In the gym after warm up I train my forearms both by the wrist n forearm machine both then the wheeling up 5kg and down slowly 3 reps daily . Now I am able to pull up at least 5 times and do at least 3 reps of 5 each . I can feel the lats coming out . Sir I will diligently do exactly as you have shown from tomorrow and will give u a update on the improvement 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Fayaz sir surely shuru kar sakte ho. Yatindar sir ko follow kijiye. Moderate weight ke sath workout kijiye aur koi supplement na le instead of that 1 glass milk me 1scoop peanut butter mix kar k exercise k baad piye to natural protein bhi milega aur side effects bhi nhi hoga....
guys just give it a thrust with a stepper tht mins lift urself with some help or with a jerk then slowly control negatives that is when u coming down within a month u can do 3-4 pull ups and so on .Give it a try

How can I increase my forearm strength for pullups. I can't even do 3 to 4 pullups a time.
Same bro my wieght is around 87 i can't even do single Pul up :(

Struggled for doing even 1 pushup until i learned this and instantly was able to do it right and 5 reps.
