    Amo que você não finge que é fácil, ao contrário da maioria. Treino real em ambiente real com sensação real. É isso que faz a gente persistir no treino, porque mostra que o resultado é possível.Você é top Carol ❤

    Fiz os exercícios sem peso, não consegui executar todos os movimentos certinho, mas tentei e cansei rsrsrsr😅.
    Estou na 5° semana de exercícios para sedentários (intercalando 2 vídeos da Carol) e as vezes faço de outros vídeos, quando estou com mais tempo.
    Estou amando!!
