    I notice you were holding and flexing your elbow at the end? I sometimes have to warm up my arms and shoulders to get into the low bar position.

      Yes! I get pain at the elbow joint every now and then as I keep the elbows locked down in that position to load the barbell safely.
      This is helpful!! thank you! I'll definitely will implement some warm up on arms especially around the elbows and wrist!
