    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    Aye yo!!! I was well over 300 (maybe even 400) lbs wearing a size 54 waist and 3x/4x in shirts at the beginning of last year. I'm at about 250 now wearing about a size 42/40 in waist and a 2x/xl in shirts. I watched this video discouraged that I wouldn't get through it. Here I am now 30 mins later proud to say I made it!!! Through those 40 secs, it's all about keeping form and doing as many correctly while pushing ourselves. Thanks guys!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    J&T let me say thank you. I’m 58 and was doing a CV workout daily and added weight training every other day. I was only doing 15 minutes of weightlifting because it was boring. Found you guys a month ago and now I do strength training for 30 minutes every other day and I can see the difference. The music and how you break down the sets has made me a life long follower. You guys are Awesome.

    I know this is an old video but have been using your videos for the past month or so older dumbbell work outs. And today I had the bed session since I started and it felt amazing I am starting to see progress in my photos and I just wanted to say thank you guys so much. I actually cried happy tears.     I’m a cardio junkie and have never enjoyed strength work until these videos. I love the format! (And also the results...I can see the improvement when I repeat a workout after a few weeks.)

      You don't see results from doing a strength workout every couple of weeks. You need to do it consistently (2 - 3 times a week) and eat right.

      @@MCFCity I didn't mean for it to sound like I only did strength work once every few weeks. I do strength work 3 or 4 times per week but I don't always do the same workouts. When I go back a repeat a particular workout after a few weeks, I can see the improvement.

    This was brutal, but in a good way! Great video and great workout. Moved up to a heavier weight then usual, (4.5kg to 6kg dumbells) abit unsure at first but glad i did. Thank you once again.

    WEEK 1 DAY 2: I’m doing this challenge to jump start my workout routine… again lol, and to be honest, Im not excited to get up and workout just yet. The last challenge was great for me so I’m excited to stick with this one. Today’s workout wasn’t easy, but I got into the rhythm about halfway through and I feel good now that I’ve gotten it done. Super excited to get in the groove and start seeing progress.

    22/11 - I used 2x8kg for the lower body part, I tried 2x6kg for the upper body but it was just too much for now so I lowered to 4kg

    Wk 1 Day 2 10/25/22 I had 8lb weights on hand so I used them the entire workout. I worked up a nice sweat. Great workout!!

    This is one of my favorites. Great music fitting the movements and nice balance of abdominal work. I feel so balanced after doing this. I’m going to go for a run but it doesn’t feel like this work out killed me in advance to be able to do both. I like that.

    Hey guys. I'm 36 and way out of shape. I've honestly never worked out really a day in my life. I decided I've had enough of being out of shape and my brother recommended I follow one of your workouts on youtube. So last night my wife and I followed along to this (I only did 2 10 lb dumbells since its my first time) and I am beat (in a good way).
    It's super intimidating to start working out when you don't know what to do or where to start. I didn't even want to go to the gym because I don't know what to do.
    You two have been a blessing to me. Thanks for making these videos so that people like me can just get started.
    Hopefully I can leave you another comment in a year and let you know that I'm finally in good shape.

    Love this video! I'm 4 months post partum and finally starting to feel like I'm ready to get back into lifting. This workout was exactly what I needed... did it with a 10lb weight though. In future comments, we highly recommend rerouting your energy and coming with more constructive criticism. Otherwise “influencers” like us might label you as a ‘troll’

      @@JuiceandToya So... since you are clearly opposed to the term "influencers" and you mention "credentials"... why not list them? You need to be less sensitive to constructive criticism. Your form and technique are extremely poor which is inexcusable no matter how desperately you wish to "help people"! I guess every TH-camr loves to operate in an echo chamber where no critique is ever voiced, however, real life consists of both positive and negatived feedback. It's how we react to the negative feedback that shows who we are. A person who calls you out on your poor form is not necessarily a troll, just somebody who sees incorrect technique and is not prepared to praise it. You are in a public forum and you have a responsibility to be bigger thsn the immature response you gave.

    Week 1 day 2 of celebration challenge. Love the one dumbbell then second dumbbell in next set. Feeling good and looking forward to the bench workout next!!!!

    I have been doing this over a month. Though I don't see any change in my weight I have got an amazing inch loss and strength gain. I am not in a calorie deficit. So don't expect weight loss. This is easy to finish and effective

    Week 1 Day 2! I work a sedentary job, so when I hit that first squat its all cracks and pops (one of my favorite parts of working out hahah)
    My 15lb dumbbells have been collecting dust, so I'm glad this video encouraged to try out some heavier weights, I only used 15lbs for a few exercises but it felt good to push myself. Going to keep working on my form with 10lb dumbbells though since sometimes I feel strain in my neck with upper body exercises
    Alsoooo slowly getting down deadlift form/slowly becoming one of my favorite exercises along with leg lifts 😁

    14/09/24: day 1 ✅
    15/09: day 2 ✅
    16/09: day 3 ✅
    17/09: day 4 ✅
    18/09: day 5 ✅
    19/09: day 6 ✅
    20/09: day 7 ✅ I’m reeeally tired but completed it
    21/09: day 8 ✅ not feeling it today but I know I gotta stay consistent!!
    22/09: day 9 ✅
    23/09: day 10 ✅ woke up today and looked myself at the mirror and I definitely see some changes !! My current weight is 76.3,
    24/09: day 11 ✅
    25/09: day 12✅🥳
    tomorrow I’ll take my measurements and weight myself, also I’m going to do the other 30 minute full body dumbbell strength workout (the one that has 3.4 m, and lasts 34.04 min) cause I feel my body already got used this one :)
    Results after 12 days:
    cw: 76kg (167 lbs)
    measures
    waist: 85cm / -3cm
    stomach: 111cm / -2cm
    arms: 34cm each / -1cm
    thighs: 64 cm each / same

    I want to say, you've pushed the aethetics and fitness content to their maximum. The choice of music, the EDITING omg, colors, time codes -- I LOVE EVERYTHING about your channel (I also love that fact that you don't talk during the exercices), intros and outros are concise and efficient; warm, cold down it's just so complete and wholesome, like wow.     This is one is my favorite workouts from you two. It really gets a nice pump going and engages the core. Especially those Garhammer Raises 😮‍💨
