    J&T let me say thank you. I’m 58 and was doing a CV workout daily and added weight training every other day. I was only doing 15 minutes of weightlifting because it was boring. Found you guys a month ago and now I do strength training for 30 minutes every other day and I can see the difference. The music and how you break down the sets has made me a life long follower. You guys are Awesome.

    Aye yo!!! I was well over 300 (maybe even 400) lbs wearing a size 54 waist and 3x/4x in shirts at the beginning of last year. I'm at about 250 now wearing about a size 42/40 in waist and a 2x/xl in shirts. I watched this video discouraged that I wouldn't get through it. Here I am now 30 mins later proud to say I made it!!! Through those 40 secs, it's all about keeping form and doing as many correctly while pushing ourselves. Thanks guys!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    Hey guys. I'm 36 and way out of shape. I've honestly never worked out really a day in my life. I decided I've had enough of being out of shape and my brother recommended I follow one of your workouts on youtube. So last night my wife and I followed along to this (I only did 2 10 lb dumbells since its my first time) and I am beat (in a good way).
    It's super intimidating to start working out when you don't know what to do or where to start. I didn't even want to go to the gym because I don't know what to do.
    You two have been a blessing to me. Thanks for making these videos so that people like me can just get started.
    Hopefully I can leave you another comment in a year and let you know that I'm finally in good shape.

    THANK YOU!! I can't believe I found this so quickly rather than looking though hours (literally) of aerobic exercises I can't do even though I used to do it often. 1KG here! I've not been exercising for 2 years due to extremely severe endometriosis with a tethered bowel in 2 places, part of which needs removing it's so severe. I gave up exercise 2 years ago because of the pain and can't even do the housework for long without setting it off. There were 2 or 3 I couldn't here but am experience enough to change to something I can do. This routine caused less pain than my housework! I think my lesson I've learnt tonight is to warm up now before housework. I am very overweight and stiff now due to lack of exercise and perimenopause but know how important exercise is at my age. Not to mention that being overweight makes endometriosis worse because fat cells increase estrogen. I am so, so glad I have found you. Your vid was educating too which is so important, as is 2 levels. The fact you don't repeat meant I didn't get bored which I so easily do. I will give it a day or 2 to see how long it takes to get over, but will aim to do this 5 days a week. I already have 3KG here waiting! Long post, but when you've been in so much pain and have avoided exercise on and off for years because of it, it's so amazing when you find something that you know will work for you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

    I have been doing this over a month. Though I don't see any change in my weight I have got an amazing inch loss and strength gain. I am not in a calorie deficit. So don't expect weight loss. This is easy to finish and effective

    WEEK 1 DAY 2: I’m doing this challenge to jump start my workout routine… again lol, and to be honest, Im not excited to get up and workout just yet. The last challenge was great for me so I’m excited to stick with this one. Today’s workout wasn’t easy, but I got into the rhythm about halfway through and I feel good now that I’ve gotten it done. Super excited to get in the groove and start seeing progress.

    I’m a cardio junkie and have never enjoyed strength work until these videos. I love the format! (And also the results...I can see the improvement when I repeat a workout after a few weeks.)

      You don't see results from doing a strength workout every couple of weeks. You need to do it consistently (2 - 3 times a week) and eat right.

      @@MCFCity I didn't mean for it to sound like I only did strength work once every few weeks. I do strength work 3 or 4 times per week but I don't always do the same workouts. When I go back a repeat a particular workout after a few weeks, I can see the improvement.

    I started working out during pandemic and I can say that Juice and Toya helped to be in my best shape. I stopped working out when everything went back to normal and I gained weight a bit! and now I'm back with working out! LET'S DO THIS!

    Good morning guys, first time I did this work out and definitely found it tough particularly the abs exercises. The 'Hold the World ' had me shouting for the buzzer to sound, unfortunately I had to stop in the middle and then finish 😮. But really glad I did😊😊.     The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    The time went by so fast ! Finished the workout in Cairo, egypt . I’m 30, female used 3kilo weights each side but after doing this workout realized I can go much heavier . Thanks for this !

    This is one of my favorites. Great music fitting the movements and nice balance of abdominal work. I feel so balanced after doing this. I’m going to go for a run but it doesn’t feel like this work out killed me in advance to be able to do both. I like that.

    This was brutal, but in a good way! Great video and great workout. Moved up to a heavier weight then usual, (4.5kg to 6kg dumbells) abit unsure at first but glad i did. Thank you once again.

    I just want to say no excuses for people who say you don't have time. I'm a year postpartum and I did 25 lbs while my son watched me and imitated what I was doing. I love that you guys show some exercises were a struggle for yall as well 🤣

    Love this video! I'm 4 months post partum and finally starting to feel like I'm ready to get back into lifting. This workout was exactly what I needed... did it with a 10lb weight though. Hopefully I'll get back to a 15lb. Does it count if my baby weighs about 13lbs right now 🤣🤣 thank you J and T!

    Wow, it was much for me, an eternal beginner, but it was very good. I especially enjoyed the second part where I could really feel my barely existing abs :D You can push yourself in this workout but in a safe way. Thanks!

    Awesome workout! Being 62 with knee issues, I had to modify the lower body portion but upper body and abs was amazing even matching Toya’s 15lbers! Also loved the music. I really love your style of workouts🥰

    Started yesterday and did 20 min, today finished it all, after 10 min I was soaked in sweat lol I hope there will be some results but still very enjoyable and not difficult to do exercises (will just make u sweat a lot), I like it, thank you!
