It is easier to load the double-leg hip thrust, but side-to-side differences in strength can hide during double-leg exercises. For this reason, I also like to add the single-leg hip thrust.
@@RehabScience Excellent point Tom. Thank you. I have so many issues because my left and right sides don't do anything well together. One sided exercises suit me far better. Before I thought that through almost every exercise suggested to me by PTs (almost all double-sided) created more problems then they solved. I've got on much better since giving those up. Maybe one day ....😊

Can you please tell how to Target glute completly in all exercises mt quads and Hams take all strain ,, no strain in felt in glute
