May I just suggest that maybe you can leave a little bit more time of the video after you stop speaking in the end so we can stop the ad that starts after the video. I just felt so relaxed laying down and all of a sudden a super loud ad started after your calming voice. Thank you for providing these amazing practices, Jessica! It is a blessing to have you here 🥰

    I can't thank you enough for this video. I was having a terrible day today and I went out to eat with my family and I had to make myself not cry in the restaurant, when I got home I decided to do some yoga to help with my feelings and I literally chose the perfect video for me today.     I always have a problem with stress and anxiety. In this month I decided every day doing yoga for good sleep. So, I did a lot of trainings on different channels, and you the best! You have really cool, relax video and you training very relaxed. I sleep better and have improved body stretching! Thank you for your video!! P.S. sorry about my English!!🦋

    Those back twists were everything I needed... They felt so good. I felt every bit of the twist telling me it was exactly what I need. I usually don't do 30 min practices but this will be on repeat. Absolutely loved it. Thank you so much ☺️🕉️

    I love your bedtime practices. They are so deeply calming and I love that you include stretches for the often-neglected body parts. I would love to see some shorter bedtime practices, like maybe 10-15 minutes

    Your voice took me to the divine space during Shavasana. In the end, I took off my headphones to extend it and spent about 10 more mins on the mat. I was familiar with the sensations, but it's been a long time since I experienced them the last time. I was expanding and shrinking. I felt the heaviness of my arms on the belly and the chest. It seemed as if my arms were the arms of a giant and my body was as tiny as a seed. It was really pleasant. As I don't get these sensations often, I'm so grateful to you for guiding me to that place. I think that what I experienced is the invisible energy and connection between the Universe and a living being. I felt being a tiny but nevertheless valuable part of it. I was an observer and a listener.
    I do daily yoga for a year and I often finish with extended Shavasana. However, I don't get those sensations every single time. *I'm wondering if it is totally random what we get to experience and we have no control over it OR if it's something we are able to manage over the years of practice?* I would be very grateful if someone shares their perspective on it!
