I' ve got a lot of heavy emotions to release.
Choldhood traumas, living 50 years with supressed emotions. Depression.
I've just got to know that depression is the result of blocked emotions- energy in my body. I was cut off my body for 65 years. Unbelievable!
I'm just starting to feel my body and to get rid of emotions.
I'm from Poland. Poles are extremely taumatised by our history and transgenerational traumas.
Only now the consciousness of these things is raising.
As you said- it's a process.
I'll be doing this excercise every day.
