    WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV offers content on mental health and emotional intelligence to help people with loneliness, depression, anxiety, and stress. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea for using the power of the brain to manifest your dream life. Brain Education is officially recognized by the Government of South Korea and is backed by over 40 years of research and application. Since it's inception, millions of people around the world have practiced and benefitted from Brain Education (including us! 😁).
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
So many people from all walks of life-regardless of social status or background-suffer silently from mental health and emotional wellness related issues. We believe people should no longer hide about what they feel and what they are struggling with. Rather, we believe healing happens when we honestly feel and express ourselves, take the action steps necessary to get better by getting to the root of the issue, and then find a community that honors and supports my healing process. Mental health and emotional wellness are 100% attainable and is our inherent natural state for all of us. We, at Brain Education TV, want to be your solution, your shoulder to cry on, your go-to place to turn to for constructive dialogue and resources related to mental health and emotional intelligence and wellbeing. You are NOT alone!
Brain Education is what gave us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want, and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I’m having a lot of pain in my shoulder so is this good to do for healing it or is it better to avoid exercises that use the arms?

I would really need to know more about the condition of your shoulder. Sometimes gentle circulation is good (tapping is generally very gentle) but if you have an injury, it may need rest and less movement. If you're unsure - always take it easy.
