    Dr William Li is an amazing physician, scientist and as a human being. Imagine he can enumerate everything he has learned from being a researcher with complete back ups to prove. He's a gift from God almighty sharing his knowledge to all people about foods as medicines given by Mother Nature. Long live Dr William Li and more power

    You always provide good advice and practical recommendations. Thank you. BTW I drink green tea weekly, but daily coffee is the daily flagship beverage of my family. I drink coffee black or with monk fruit…never with dairy. As avid coffee drinkers, my grandmother lived to 95, her sister to 93 (she smoked) and my great-grandmother to 102 (she dipped snuff for 90 years). I have opted out of tobacco use of any kind. I eat berries daily (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries). Thanks again for your insightful videos!

    Dr Li, I’ve just had a double mastectomy and am looking at all I can to stop other forms of cancer that I’m genetically disposed to from growing. I’ve removed all processed food, all soda, sugar, read meat and am doing what you have said in previous clips with diet and green tea! I really would like to know your take on protein shakes, vitamin drinks, probiotics, collagen, cleanses and other TikTok famous items that we are being told are good for our health!

    I now start with day with a big slug of Spicey V8 Vegetable juice followed by a high protein breakfast and fork full of Kimchee four days a week I enjoy an excellent salad with three hardboiled eggs covered with a can of King Oscar Sardines in Olive oil and balsamic vinegsr. Satiated I only eat high protein meals. At 70yrs I am the oldest OG under the barbell at local YMCA. I start my training with 30 minutes of swimming with interva

    The greatest food for longevity is a diet rich in whole, plant-based foods like leafy greens and nuts, while regular physical activity, such as daily walking or moderate exercise, is key to maintaining long-term health. This is The Fountain of Youth Lifestyle....💯

    Hi, can we get the same benefits if we EAT the tea instead of drink it?
    It’s easier & quicker for me to open up the Moringa tea bag or matcha powder and toss it in a smoothie, salad or tomato sauce.
    But, if it’s more beneficial to sip the tea, I will switch. Thanks! I appreciate you very much!

    The military could do a lot to help people live better lifestyles - i.e. provide healthier food in the "mess halls," cafeterias, and the BX. The military attracts middle and low income individuals. The lower income are prone to have generational poor health. If they could facilitate health in active duty members it could affect many generations to come.

    How come doctors can be so wise regarding health & nutrition .... yet they do not believe in God? Dr. Li speaks of the body as "remarkable" and "amazing" yet he does not think it was created. He gives credit to Mother Earth .... whoever she may be.
    If you cannot have a building without a builder or a painting without a painter .... how can you have this wonderful planet and this amazing body ... without a Creator? To believe that all these intricacies and complexities of the human body evolved from a primordial soup, and that everything was created from nothing ... is a scientific impossibility.
    "The fool says in his heart there is no God" (Psalm 14:1; 53:1). "Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man" (Romans 1:22-23).
    Thank you Dr. Li .... for all your advice ...... but watch out ...I am praying for you!

    • @annemccarron2281
      @annemccarron2281 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Allow people to believe as they chose. If you are American you live in a democracy and as such you have no right to push your beliefs on to others.

    • @Ancient-Paths
      @Ancient-Paths หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@annemccarron2281 I certainly do not live in America .... I live in the UK ... and we have a democracy too... and we have freedom of speech. When was I pushing my beliefs on others? You have the freedom to believe me or not .... I cannot make you a Christian .... only God can do that. I simply believe we all need to hear the TRUTH .... then it is up to you to believe it or not. You cannot force me to be an atheist .... but I don't mind you trying.

    • @Ancient-Paths
      @Ancient-Paths หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@inca3370 I am sorry ... but I beg to differ. All religions and 'gods' cannot be equally correct and all be the "same thing." All religions are diametrically opposed to one another ... so they cannot all be true.
      Either there is Someone in charge or we are just subject to the laws of physics and will one day die and return to dust. If that is what you believe .... that is what you will receive. We all have faith .... faith in God or faith in nothing.
      There cannot be many creators of this universe .... there can only be one .... and it is our duty to discover who it is. To say that this world had no Creator is as foolish as saying the building you are now residing in had no builder. To say that Nothing created Everything is a scientific impossibility.
      Jesus is unique ... He is the only Person who died and rose from the dead..... and He did so for you, my friend ... because He loves you so much.
      I believe in God. Why? Because I have come to know Him, have been healed by Him, and been delivered from alcoholism and a wicked lifestyle by Him. Forgive me if I promote this knowledge .... but it is only because I care about God's creatures on this earth... and I long for them to know the "joy unspeakable" and peace of mind that only the Lord Jesus can bring. I pray you will know Him too, one day. But I cannot convince you with words .... only the Holy Spirit can convict you of your need of Him, and He will do so ... if you ask Him.
      May my God bless you mightily.
