      1024specialkay nope I was paying 159.00 a month for Pilates studio 6 don’t get me wrong tough great wkout, but if your not a budget nor affordable. You tube has it all 🙌🏻🙌🏻

    Great workout! I was even able to do it as I'm recovering from a cold. Those side planks are intense! I don't even think I mastered the first one with leg raises. Will definitely require a repeat.

    I actually also love ❤️ Jenn G’s workouts! The 40+ mins went by so quickly! Love ❤️ it also for the flow of each workout in all of her 3 circuits! My other fav trainer now! She seems humble! 😍🤩🇨🇦

    Loved Jen, she is positive, but not over the top. The moves were intense and creative. I loved how they challenged different muscles. My abs were on fire at the end.

    this was a good workout!! I did sweat but not as much as cardio kick boxing! Love it! Definitely feel like I'm getting stronger with every popsugar workout I do! :D

    Totally epic workout, nice to do a full body that is that bit longer - just realised from the comments below I've done this before and loved it just as much the second time round. Need to do it more.

    I've practiced vinyasa yoga for a couple of years now, and only in the past month or so have I begun following the PopSugar workouts. I have so much fun exercising with them! (Is fun a weird term to use when discussing a workout?) I liked the pace and diversity of exercises in this sequence. The core circuit at the end challenged me, but it was doable. Some others in the comments have criticized the excessive talking, but for a non-yoga exerciser such as myself the commentary was helpful and encouraging.

    I found this good, trainer was awesome and some challenging full body moves. However, too much time in between exercises so I didn't feel like I got such a great workout - only 200 cals after 40 mins. I was left a little disappointed and probably wouldn't pick this one again. But thanks Popsugar - I do love your workouts and is fun trying them all.

    For the advanced viewers, it is not a very hard workout in my opinion. It's more appropriate for a cool/chill exercise day I think :)

    uk you are savage when you do it with 12x2 dumbbells and breakin a sweat from the middle but not feeling like giving up

    Great video! I liked how you modified the exercises for wrist/ neck pain AND that the timer was off for the stretching part so one can actually cool down instead of feeling rushed 👍😊
