    Could we have more of these 30-40 minute workouts?? I love them and see great results but get tired of doing the same ones all the time. Combining 10 minute workouts isn't my fave.

    I love these videos. I've been overweight most of my life and your chanel has helped me change that! I'm not just losing weight...I'm changing my outlook on life one video at a time.     I started the exercise, but when I saw burpee I stopped it; it is the most disgusting exercise ever, that is the only exercise I am not willing to perform...

      They really aren't so bad after you've done a few of them. They have a bad rep but I definitely think crunches are WAY worse lol!

      u should try a star jump, followed by a tuck jump.. and then the burpee will be your best friend.

    I burned 450 CALORIES from this workout! It was amazing! I'm so proud of myself for finishing it! And for those that played this video all the way, too, we are CHAMPIONS!! 💖💖💖

    I usually love Anna but this burned nowhere near 300 calories. I burned about half of that (160).

      resistant bands are dangerous as hell.

      yes they are, but they give to you such a good deriere. My friend does her workout using resistance band, and you can't even imagine how her booty has increased. It is amazing. Thats why it would be great to watch some good video with rb

What I love about your channel is that different to others, you also struggle, and get tired while doing the workout, in other channels instructors tend to show effortless, and this I hate!!!!     definitely shouldn't tout that you burn 300 calories as that really all depends on your size and how much effort you put into it. I am 135 lbs with muscle and did it to the full extent only to burn 177 calories. Which for me was totally ok! It's a great workout and made me sweat like crazy! So do it! Just don't be too upset if it doesn't burn 300. ;-) Remember, it's about how you feel, calories are just one way to help keep you aware of what your body is dealing with on a day to day basis. Keep up the good work Anna!

    I love your workouts! you have a great positive attitude...very motivating without being pushy. This was a good work out but my fav killer one is your 45 minute workout to boost metabolism. It’s my go-to when I need to work hard!

    thank you for the many times i enjoyed this again very balanced workout. anna and her fellow women are great :-) the sceenery is good looking, but not overloaded so that focussing on the training is very easy. i don´t like the new layout especially the angles are hard not so comfortable to watch, also the colours are way too rich and don´t support a clear minded workout. Schnoerkelig, as we would say in Germany. also the colours are heating up mind and body.

    It's incredibly annoying how Anna says couple more seconds and then goes on for another 10. Also, saying 1 more and then doing 3 more. She does this in other videos too, really throws you off.

    good mix of cardio and strength. moderate to difficult intensity. Luckily the hardest parts in the beginning!

    Absolutely love this workout, especially the stretching routine at the end. New stretches I had never tried. Extremely effective!. Do Not Skip the stretches! Thanks for another great workout!

    Totally love popsugar, BUT this one not so much. I think it should be titled some type of "toning",not "cardio".
    Also**** the bridge with chest curls would have been WAY more effective if they lifted one leg. Sorry! Just saying. Anyway, still love them. I am just used to Jillian Michaels kicking my ass!

    I was only able to do half of this because my mom needed me to help her pick cherries, but I was sweating and I already did the 15 minute intense body weight this morning, so at least I got 30 minutes today.

I need you to share an ideal workout regime for instance, how many times a cardio workout is to be done in a week and how many times I should do abs?? It will be very helpful.

    Popsugar Fitness workouts have been very hit or miss for me, so I was very happy to come across this one. It's one I actually like doing and return to regularly. I'm dripping by the end of it, but the time flies by so quickly! I hope they do more like this one in the future.

    I just finished this! great workout. I did it full and burned 245 cals, then before doing the stretch I added 2 rounds of 3 abs exercises and ended up burning the full 300 by the end. Thanks Anna!

    This is much tougher than it looks! I did this after 30 minutes of dance cardio and couldn't get through the 3rd circuit. I'll try it as a stand alone so I can get through all of it:)

    Not my favorite but still very good. I like faster workouts i felt like it went slow but as a beginner weight lifter i think this is good. Still made me sweat 💪

      Dianna Lee - you didn't do anything wrong. Everyone's body burns calories at a different rate during rest and activity. If you're smaller, your body might just be burning fewer calories.
