    I love how everyone in this video is so real. The girls never pretend like the workout it a piece of cake, they show the difficulty of it. It makes me feel like I can keep going even though it's difficult. Thanks Popsugar!

    Xavier designed this workout so nice, all do-able but also effective, made the heart rate up but still could finish it in a good way. Xavier is really an amazing trainer, has clear cues, explains details nicely, and is encouraging for us, perfect! need more of Xavier!!!

    Now I know that this video is ancient. I keep coming back to the old ones as I choose workouts according to my mood. This particular workout has fulfilled all my wishes - it is long enough to get warm, it is motivating and primarily, it is a a real fun (not all workouts videos are fun).     I love this workout - it hits all the muscles! And mixes it up so it doesn’t get boring. I’ve done this 4x now in combination with my other fav popsugar videos and it always holds up as being tough but not complicated! Bring this trainer back!

      Obviously the calories you burn are individual (depending on a few factors inc. your weight and the intensity you put in). I burned 230 calories in this workout doing full intensity (no modifications) and keeping up with the trainers. I did a different popsugar workout yesterday with weights also 30 minutes and burned 320. It was much more intense in my opinion. Have fun! th-cam.com/video/QsiImYTLvTk/w-d-xo.html

    This was such a fun workout! It was the perfect combo of cardio and strength and Xavier is so calm and encouraging! It made it easier to get through.
    My FitBit said 180 calories burned in this workout. I'm 150lbs and did some moves modify, some beast mode.

    Such a great workout! I usually do fasted cardio in the morning 3 times a week and two times I do some strength training. I've noticed that I need more core-centered exercises and this video is just what I was looking for. Thank you Popsugar!

    I love this subscription! So motivating and such a variety of workouts to choose from. I live in a rural area in North Dakota with no work out facility with in an hour from me. This is a great motivator. I teach Zumba at a community building 2 times a week but use to teach Les Mils Body Pump until 2015 when i moved here. This is a savior for me. Loved this 30 minute cardio workout from Xavier! :)

    This was the first video of Popsugar I ever did. After having done almost all of Posugar videos (some for multiple times, except the cardio dance ones) I came back to this one for a thrird time and it got me drenched with sweat!! The first time I couldn't walk the following days from the burn.
