    Honestly Jake should lead all the workouts on this channel. They're all so challenging yet exciting at the same time! His workouts are the only ones that I actually get sore from. Other trainers' videos are rarely challenging enough.

      Have you tried Anja Garcia’s workout on this channel? It is one of the hardest!!! She also has workouts on her instagram and she has conditioning programs on the paid fitness subscription service, Dailyburn.

    The warm-up is insane, I'm more used to FitnessBlender's type of warm-ups, so this one was very challenging. I absolutely love Jake's personality 😂 I had to take 4 additional breaks, especially during the legs and booty circuits, my muscles were BURNING.

      Daniela Tarus I’m a fitness blender junkie too! I skipped out on a total body weight workout on their new Strong Program and did this instead. I think the FB workout would have been the easier one to do today! Lol! This was a great challenging burning workout!

    What a workout! I was in a real funk before this workout, by the end of the "warm up" I was laughing and smiling so much! Jake is awesome! More workouts with him would be AMAZING! Thanks pop sugar!

    I did it!
    I did most of it.
    I did the warm up exercises.
    Jake's jumping jacks, I did those.
    I did do the harder exercises, most of them, done.
    At the end, I did all the stretches.
    I do, therefore, I is.

    I do more of Jake's cheeky work outs more than anything else during quarantine and honestly, never felt stronger! Jake, can you do like 15 more 45 minute with weight workouts?! So fun!

    I've been doing PopSugar workouts for several months - Anna, Raneir, and Kit mostly - and while all get my heartrate up and generate a good sweat, the body transformation has been most apparent this last month doing just Jake's workouts. An inch gone from my waist, 1/2" from each thigh, and almost 4 lbs lost! A health diagnosis 2 years ago affected my weight and energy (and morale) and this is the best I've looked and felt since my surgery to correct it.

    Jake's workouts are the most intense and effective I have ever done! They are tougher for me then my kickboxing classes! I would love to see a one hour workout. Also, I think he should go on tour! So many fitness personalities are doing it these days. It would be soooo much fun.

    Omg...the best workouts are with jake dupree...i have been doing workouts at the gym or at home for more than 10 yrs, still find this challenging.
    He makes it look so easy , fun and entertaining every time.
    Love it, i always keep coming back to his workouts, and now try to incorporate them more in my weekly routine.

    This workout was so bomb! He is like superhuman tho.... like he hardly needed a break and I needed at least 2 per circuit. Keep these awesome videos coming Ana!     I've been doing home fitness for 18 years. This is one of the most fun and intense workouts I have ever done, even with extensive modifications. Truly full-body, not a minute wasted. It hurts sooo good.

    I turned this video on to preview it, and I am going to do it after I watch the rest. I'm just going to say thank you now. Great energy but also watching with a massage therapist mind, and can see how much time and effort Jake puts into the dynamics of his workouts to challenge specific and overall muscle groups.

    Jake is one of my favorites. Don't let his adorable face fool you because he is intense! He's officially left me scarred when he counts down 'cause I feel like he's going to repeat a number 😂😂 For anyone interested, my watch says I burned 325 active calores & 400 total calories.

    wow! sweeeeet! was looking for new popsugar workout and found this right on time! will be doing this in the next 30 minutes. I see lots of improvement in my body (petite, short pinay) within 3 weeks of following popsugar workouts! did full hour of Christa's boxing workout yesterday and now this! LoL never been motivated like this! Bring it on! :)

    SO,.....I tried this workout last week on Wednesday but couldnt get through the first 10 minutes and I am a very fit 35 year old girl. I workout 5-6 times a week. I was shook to say the least. However, I tried this again yesterday and lo and behold, I was able to get through it! My advise is you should attempt this workout after your rest day because you have more energy! I managed to complete it and burned 430 calories. I however had to pause and rewind a few moves because Jake can get abit too fast sometimes lol. But this is by far THEEEE best workout routine in here! Keep em coming!!

    I have tried exercises from all trainers at Popsugar channel. I love both Raneir and Jake. Though last couple of months, I am obsessed with Jake's workouts. I feel the most burn from his class.

    P.S. I did this workout so many times and I can tell you that calorie burn can change. For example last week I burned 350 calories, but today it was 294. It all depends on many factors (even the temperature of the place you are doing the workout)

    This workout is so hard. The first 15 minutes is "just the warmup" and I always think I'm gonna die. Jake is so fit and his pace is fast. I have yet to make it through the whole thing without pausing many times along the way. But I manage to make it! I never think I will, but I do!

      GO HEAD GIRLS! Yaaas! Anyone can exercise and do these videos Im down 97lbs and Ive been using popsugar videos literally the entire time. You guys can be healthier and happier and have more energy just keep it up and remember its not about what you look like its about how you feel! Everyone starts somewhere!

    I tried to do one of his workouts several months ago and couldn’t. So happy I finished this one! Popsugar has helped me build up endurance and strength. I really liked the butt part of the workout. Using a weight on the leg was new to me and I’d like to incorporate his moves into my butt work. But, that was not a warmup. The video goes straight into cardio and is very fast paced for most of it going from one move to the next. My muscles felt tight and missed having a decent warm up. Also, I don’t like being lied to about how many reps I have left. I do like Jake and think he has great energy. I just don’t think this workout is for me based on the other popsugar workouts I do and what I’ve come to expect.

    Is it just me or that was the most brutal warm up ever? It was my morning work out... Yeah let's do jump squatts right away! HAHAHA

    Awesome workout. I see a bunch of comments asking about calories burned. I wore my heart rate monitor. Female, 120 pounds (calories burned depends to an extent on your weight) and I burned 298. Just FYI. I adore all of Jake’s workouts even if I do have to hit pause. More than once! Thanks!
