      1)shoulders -military press
      2)biceps -curls
      3)lats- pull downs
      4)triceps workout

    Hello sir.. you are truly an inspiration for all... sir actually .. the width of my biceps from front and back side is very less. There is no problem when it comes to side portion. I hope u understood what I'm trying to say...
    I have been doing many exercises for biceps but I'm not getting the width of my biceps from front and backside. Is there really something which can help me gaining width in front and backside of my biceps?

    I m following this program from past 4 weeks definately it works ,but as guru sir said diet plays key role and intake of sodium should be low ,try this guys if u really want ultimate arms it is just awesome

    I have joined gym 1 year ago. And I have followed all your videos but now my muscles are becoming bulky day by day. In gym I used to take maximum weight with 8 to 10 repetition of 4 to 5 sets per exercise.
    Can you tell me that how to make cutting?
    In all of your videos you always tell us that how to do muscle gain but make some video or tell me that how to make cutting? How to make the muscles in proper shape?
    What diet should we follow for bring cutting? What exercise should we do for make cutting?

    I have tried this ultimate arms for 2 weak and in fact it is very useful ..sahi Mai asar aane laga tha ...but bhaut pain hota hai biceps Mai becoz 10 min karne par ek blood clot ho jata hai and biceps ek dum tight ho jate hai temporary ..it really works

    Hi.this is amar , your program is very good, pls clarify i have small doubt ,, example-what is week Day 1,2,3,4 exercises and Monday to Saturday work outs & monday chest &cardio ,Monday biceps , this is little confuse , what type should i follow daily( monday to saturday ) or week-Day1,2,3,4 pls give clarity for daily work outs.

      I usually do this
      On Mon and Thurs - Back + Biceps
      Tue and Fri - Chest + Triceps
      Wed and Sat - Legs + Shoulders
      Or do Single Muscle each day
