Your doing a great job but ye sab to thik hai workout tak ab baat aati hai diet ki agar kisi bandde ki diet hi sahi na ho or use pata hi na ho ki kab kya kaise khana hai to workout to west jaayenga to please aap workout ke saath best diet bhi batadein taaki mai or mere jaise log benefits le sake aapka bada shukriya thanks again.
