    I loved this video! I’m obese and actively trying to get my life back on track and did these stretches before work, and at the end of the video I genuinely felt like I wanted more. I even said “wait that’s it?” Out loud lol. Yoga is a great and easy exercise and helps so much with my asthma, thanks so much for this 🤗

      this is actually a stretching video and not an exercise video. difference being that one is for flexibility and the other is for gaining strength or improving heart and lung strength through aerobics or cardio. getting into the habit of using a stretch video every day will help to get you in the habit of doing a workout each day though. and once your flexibility is better adding some strength training would suit you well. once things become second nature it's effortless to do them.

    I love your videos. I'm disabled and im in a wheelchair. I watch yours videos to finds safe exercises to strengthen my legs. can you do video with exercises that's safe and easy for me to do?

    Love her calm, but upbeat, genuine style and tone. The stretches are basic but address head to toe (literally, including fingers and toes) needs and are manageable for those that need a quick start or end to their day. If you need more attention on your back, you'll want to layer in other stretches that address the lower sacrum, etc. Really like this one!

    These were great ! Lots of injuries from years of firefighting and weight lifting. The 20 mins flys by and I feel good ! Will keep practicing this

    It’s Friday morning. This past Wednesday, I spent an hour on an adventure rope-climbing course with friends. Thursday, I spent an hour playing a fast-paced soccer game. I’m was so sore (in a good way), that I didn’t even know where my soreness was anymore. This video tackled jus about all the major tightness I was feeling. A great way to loosen up for the day!

    Wish there was more stretches for the hips, but this was a great video and all of the upper body stretches were very helpful.

    I loved this stretching sequence! Thank you so much! I have worked out really hard for several days in a row, and especially my upper body has been feeling sore and tight. These stretches felt really nice, and I feel much better now. I liked the instructor a lot. She explained everything very well, and seemed very friendly and approachable.
