    Hello, thank you for giving us the gift of better health, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week.     I swear i recognize some tai chi or qi gong and ballet in some essentrics exercises. Very good stuff

    Excellent video, love it, I bought this tape a few yrs ago and tried to follow it. Unfortunately , I did not do well and stop doing these stretches. Joined the local GYM , hired a personal trainer, even after two years, my mobility is not what I was hoping to gain. Today , your stretches make more sense to me. I intent to give it try once again . Thank you very much, keep up the good work.

    I e been doing your stretching for the last 8mos. It helped me get ready for a TKR. Had it 5 wks ago and saw this new one…i can do the lunges , a bit mildly. I can tell, the more I do this, the more my knee(s) will get better, faster. Thanks so much,

    The greatest workout that you've ever pick out and created by a wonderful lady and an instructor hope to see you record more soon?! And very, very helpful! 42 and i do alot of lifting and lawnwork. Are these still exceptable for things like that?!

      We recommend never working through pain, even if that means not going to the end of a stretch. For some tutorials on proper alignment to avoid pain (particularly knee pain during pliés), you can reference our how-to videos on our website: essentrics.com/videos/ 🤗

    I love her stretching but sometimes she moves a little to slow. I wish she would do a low impact work out too.
