I did karate for years using static stretching and always struggled with balance and flexibility. I really can’t believe how far my balance and flexibility has come in such a short space of time following your dynamic style. I’ve gone from feeling like a hippo on one leg to a flamingo 😂 Thanks Ash.

I greatly enjoyed this. On days I don’t run, it felt weird not doing a warm up or cool down with you. Now, I can do morning yoga with you if I’m not running!!!

This was a tough one on top of yesterday's run 😅 but it's so wonderful to feel how strong my body is becoming. I couldn't have imagined being able to do this kind of strength exercises just a few months ago
