second day I come here for these exercises. After doing your videos three times I was able to run again (moderately) free of knee pain, I was thrilled. I felt my quads and glute muscles working hard during the run😂😂

I do a wide variety of training but I appreciate this because it has moves you probably aren’t going to do in a “leg day” or a cool down and by doing it with just bodyweight I can focus on making sure to feel it in the right spots. I definitely need this after taking daily beatings on the rocky hills where I live and now winding down my running season.
Absolutely agree with you, I tend to only do these when I film them as I normally do single leg weighted workouts but I really feel these are so good for stability. I love your insights as always!

@@RunBetterwithAsh I'm a beginner and having issues with the lower corner of either kneecap only while jogging, so my daughter sent me this video. Glad I found it because I also had a soreness after my 2nd 5k on that muscle right below the butt cheek.
Another good one. Thanks Ash. Day off running, set a PB in the Half Marathon yesterday. Training for a Full in 4 weeks. This week will be longest mileage before the taper. Knees are feeling good so I must be doing something right. Thanks again.

I have been struggeling with knee pain for quite some time. Triathlon training was a litte bit to hard on my knee, especially with lots of elevation while cycling. Hopefully a focus on strengthening and stretching will help soon, thanks

Did a 5K yesterday and 15 mins my knee pain came back and it was baddd… hurt so much had to nearly walk back home..so hoping to strengthen during rest of this year
