Thank you Ash, I really appreciate the long 30 min post run stretches. This is just what’s needed. Most on TH-cam are very short 10 min videos and don’t do much. I did two 30 minute deep stretch videos last night and feeling much better today. My calves were so stiff this week, Iike I’d ran a marathon because I’ve not been out running for a few month.

My hips and I both thank you, Ash! This was just the stretch I needed after completing my first 10mile run! I thought the end of my run was the big celebration but this stretch was and how it helped my body recover after such a feat!

I cannot believe how tight my hips are. I couldn’t do a few of the last stretches bc it hurt but I’m going to make this part of my daily routine especially after my runs! Thank you!

This was a lovely recovery routine! I did the frog pose for the first time at my yoga school yesterday, and damn it's a though one. Fun to do it again today during this stretch. And It is interesting to experience that even though I've only done it for the second time, my body is already able to lean into this pose more than the day before.

Wonderful stretching exercises. I did a trail run yesterday and was feeling a bit of stiffness in my legs. The stretching helped relieve tension in th3 legs. Thanks Ash!

I just finished 5k, I wanted to break a pace of 6.30/km but after the first Kilometer I felt that it won’t happen. So tried keeping it under 7. Got it to 6:47 with which I’m quite happy:) and now I just treated my body with this nice stretch session!❤

Thanks for the great video Ash, a question i have for you is if it is fine to jog 3-4 km everyday in the morning, i am a young adult struggling with stamina
You could do that or you could vary the intensity of your runs. Try some hills, intervals and that should help stamina.
When I was doing most of these my legs were shaking so bad is that a good thing?
That’s your nervous system. Maybe you was stretching too deep, or new stretches for your body or maybe your run was quite intense and your nervous system is readjusting and trying to come back in balance. It’s very common. Hope that helps 😊

Hi Ash. When doing the big toe grab stretch with pulsing, near to the start of the video, I can grab my left foot easily, but I'm about 2 inches away from grabbing my right foot, so had to grab behind my thigh. What should this tell me about my body? Other than the possibility that I may have one arm longer than the other 😂😂
You have tightness likely in the hamstring or hip area on that side Matt. Definitely a good idea to work on balancing that out to prevent any compensatory issues 👍
Thanks upped my mileage and been finding myself very tight in the hip flexors and it band flaring a bit trying to start to consistently stretch or there any of of your video you would recommend in particular for glute, it band inner hip ? Thanks again

Ash, that last stretch, heel towards the bum, lying on my front...so often I get cramp at that very moment, either side. No other stretch do I get cramp. What should I do please?
Now then Nick! You could try a strap or belt around the foot and try gently easing into it by pulling on the strap/belt and that should help you be able to ease into it better hopefully 👍🏻
