That last stretch with the mindful breathing, mate I had to pull myself out of it I could of stayed there for an hour doing that.

I feel like this stretch is becoming my favourite one. Thanks for asking how's my run today. It was good it took me 50 minutes to walk 4km weeks ago it took me an hour to walk 4km so yay
