Workout Instructions:
There are 2 x 8-minute rounds, perform each exercise for 4 reps. Power through as many sets as possible in each 8-minute round taking a 2-minute rest between rounds.
Exercises:
* 360 alternating forward lunge with offset shoulder press
* Switch prayer
* Sumo squat with rotational press
* Push up to arm balance row (each side)
* Kayak (each side)
* Offset hollow hold press (each side)

I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts out of them
Nice full body workout!
Currently I focus with my 5kg/11lbs mace on one day on the shoulders, the next on the triceps, the other on the biceps (with a 10kg/22lbs club on the catches for) and the last on the legs, offset holds on lunges, squats (prob. with the 10kg/22lbs club in addition).
Only Monday is a day of … recovery day from long distance running on Sunday by Yoga, Pilates … only some lighter core training.
