I am very new to calisthenics. I've bought a book on it and decided I would try a video today. I chose your video. Thank you. I found out how not strong I am.😅
Love you beginner Calisthenics videos. Enjoy these 10 min video. Love that you give different options. Would love to see more 10-15 min calisthenic videos.
Thanks for this video! The length and difficulty is perfect to drop into my day whenever I can. I've been doing it at least once everyday for the past 2 months and it's made a huge difference in my posture and level of back pain. Love the visual layout of this video, the timer, the preview, the countdown tone. All very well done. Love that you don't lecture during your videos and you get right to it. Big up from Canada 🤜🤛
Liked how this hit the lower core and top of my legs. Very much appreciated the technique tips: I wouldn't have known about the mistakes in form I was making. Subbed.
That’s ok, one our your quads (thigh muscles) also causes hip flexion (therefore is a hip flexor) and I’d include that as part of the core. Once they strengthen up you might start feeling the abs helping out also
Some will likely be ok but some probably too advanced. It depends how separated your abs are which I wouldn’t be able to tell you without being there in person. Generally you can see if you have excessive coning of abdomen during exercises but best to check with a local health professional about it. I recommend a channel @themumbodpt

Thanks, not sure where that is 🤔 One of the Cayman Islands I assume?
Great one!! 🇮🇱
I am not sure if I am doing the double compressions right, whenever I do it, even with one leg I don’t feel my core but I feel my thighs.

These exercises are allowed in case of diastasis?
