1. Mash 3 ripe bananas 2. Add 1 cup unsweetened almond butter 3. Add 1 ts baking 1 ts vanilla extract 1 pinch of sea salt 2 eggs 1/4 cup of cocoa powder 1/4 syrup/honey 2 scoops of protein powder 4. Pour in baking sheet 5. Add chocolate chips/nuts 6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins 7. Let it cool and cut into squares
I made these today and my husband and I loved them! I put unsweetened shredded coconut and pumpkin seeds on the top of my half, which toasted while they baked! They are so healthy and delicious! This will be on repeat for my weekly meal prep! Thanks for sharing!
Been looking for a healthy alternative of sweets for myself since I’ve got a sweet tooth. Came across this video and saw nice comments and i was convinced. I gave it a try last night and i must say it didn’t disappoint me. The recipe was: - easy to make -ingredients are mostly in our pantry already (the only thing I had to buy is the almond butter) -and it was delicious! Thanks Kayla!!👏🏻✨ xoxo
Tried these today with chocolate chips and without the protein powder. I sprinkled a small amount of coconut flour into the mix (< 1/4 cup) they turned out so gewy and good!
Idk know how this is soooooo delicious and addictive and I can’t explain the science of how it got so fluffy, but these are better than regular brownies. I don’t care for the fudgey texture of flour based brownies but I do miss the crisp. Other than that these are a 10/10. I topped mine with 60% dark chocolate and chopped walnuts like you suggested. And it gave me that desired crunch. Thank you so much for this recipe. Now I just need to find restraint after making them. 💛💛💛
I made them yesterday and I replaced the maple syrup for artificial sweetener to reduce the calories a little bit. They came out incredible and everybody at home loved it!! I also love the fact that it only has super easy ingredients that I can find at my local supermarket. Thanks for this recipe, I will definitely make them again.
Slap me sideways... I just made these and they’re DELICIOUS!! Like a chocolate banana brownie cake. Very light and airy texture. I added chopped walnuts instead of chocolate chips and sprinkled extra sea salt on top. I will definitely be adding this to my recipe book😋🤎 and they were so easy to make!
I found you on Pinterest! Glad I did, I printed out this recipe and I can’t wait to make it! Thanks so much for your channel and resourceful information, you’re doing great!
Thank you for this amazing video Kayla😊! YES!!! The brownies from the meal prep are SOOO delicious!! Girl, I've been making them on repeat too, so moist and just delicious!!! I'll add chocolate chips next time! Thanks Kayla💖💜 XOXO
TWO questions. Not a lot of people have an immersion blender. Can a blender be substituted? The almond butter is the main protein source which is pretty high in fat. Could I use chocolate protein powder instead?
Ohhhh myyyy gooodnessss!!! Can you make a pumpkin one!??? Please . Pretty please!!! I’ll tag you when I make it cuz this recipe is a winner!!! Thank you 😊
Do you know how much 2 scoops of protein are the equivalent of? Don't think the scoops are the same size in Sweden, they don't look the same. These are on my list to make next week :)
I haven’t tried it with seltzer water before but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. You can also sub with flax eggs. Let me know which one you try as I’m curious to know how they turn out ☺️❤️
The eggs doesn’t make this recipe dairy free. I’ve been chilling on eggs because for cholesterol purposes, but Ima get some just to try out this recipe. Does your protein powder contain sugar/flavor?
eggs are dairy free in the sense that they dont contain any milk fat, it just means that the recipe is not vegan or vegitarian. Maybe if you want to cut down try using two egg whites?

Any replacement ideas for the nut butter for people who can't eat them 😐 love your TH-cam 🥰
I have a nut allergy and use sun butter :)
@@sarahgonzalez9028 thank you 😊
Tahini

These are delicious. They were a hit with the fam.
It’s so good!
I don't care for bananas, but I'm going to use avocados. They look really moist.
Low calorie and high protein. These are a must try.
Can't wait to make these.
So I was asked to bring some cake like brownies a our sisterhood tea party. The ladies are gonna flip their lids when they find out it’s healthy. 😂❤
They are delicious and so easy to make.
Instead of butter, can I use apple puree? Would it work again 😊
Will the macros remain same if nut & seed butter (coscto) is used. It says 90 cal for 1 tbsp on the box & is unsweetened too.
I need to make this immediately 🤤🔥
Oooh so making these!
I’m using an 8x8 square. Should I divide the batter? and how long should I bake for ? Thank you 🙏🏻
You can divide the batter. The baking Time Is the same or maybe you can try 5 less minutes.
Can i skip on the maple syrup or honey?ii prefer it and is it fine?
That looks amazing 👏 will surely try ti make em.
Any options to change the protein powder and handheld blender?
Looks yummy....what kind of sirup did you use? Could not understand🙈
Maple syrup or honey
YUM! Thanks for the healthy brownie recipe, Kayla!
THIS IS AMAZING THANK YOU!
is the nut butter a necessary?
I would so make these but I’m allergic to eggs! Do you think seltzer water would be a good substitute for the eggs? Thanks Dollface! 😀😀
I haven’t tried it with seltzer water before but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. You can also sub with flax eggs. Let me know which one you try as I’m curious to know how they turn out ☺️❤️
@@KaylaJChandler will do!!
Try Apple sauce instead of eggs
@@DCobb-tp7sz thanks but I read a study that compared all of the egg replacement hacks and seltzer water worked the best.
How do I get to where you list the recipe and grocery list?
Thank u so much for all of your videos
Very delicious. Hubby thought so too, though really prefers milk chocolate brownies over dark. How can I get more milk chocolate instead of dark?
Reduce your cocoa/cacao pwdr but replace the reduced amount with your choice of flour (Almond? Pecan? Walnut? All are available at Walmart.)
The webpage for the recipe is not working and is giving a Wordpress error.
I don't have measuring cups like you. Did u know how much about is it of ml or g please?
Question..could you use a handheld electric mixer for the banana if you don't have an immersion blender??..
this looks sooo good!! New subbie!
A mixer won't emulsify the banana the same. You will have some banan "texture".
You can use a blender if you have one.
Just made them. Super good!
They look delicious, do you have to use the protein powder
Thank you! Nope.. you can eliminate the protein powder altogether ☺️
Will cacao nibs works to replace chocolate chips?
Yep! ☺️
Thank you very much. Appreciate your reply 😊
Is there an alternative for the bananas. Bananas sometimes give me GI issues
Do you have a printable recipe?
I don’t like maple syrup how can I replace it ?
What is a good substitute for banana. I am allergic to bananas
Zucchini
Applesauce?
Sweet potatoe
Avocado
Do you have a pescatarian meal prep video?
hello how many ml is one cup?
What could i use instend of almond butter
peanut butter
Can I freeze it?
Skip the bananas and add avocados
Add honey and stevia instead of maple syrup 🤷🏻♂️
Boom automatically healthy ❤️
Recipe: 10/10
Accent:11/10. 🥹🥹
Can these be frozen?
Yes I make them and freeze them and they freeze well
Can children have these if I put protein powder in?
How many grams of protein?
30 grams if you just use one scoop.
i need the recipe in grams
I love ur accent
Yum!!!
