Hubby and I spent about 3 hours in the kitchen yesterday prepping this meal plan for the both of us. It has been so nice today not worrying about what to eat. YO THAT SALAD IS SO DAMN GOOD I didn’t even have salmon or green onion 😭 needed to get rid of some canned tuna and forgot the green onion and replaced the celery with some bell pepper but DAMN can’t wait to try that with some fresh baked salmon like wow new fave for sure. Tryna lose 50lb this year and this gonna make it so easy 😭

Prayers for a blessed motherhood! What wonderful menus. I tried carnivore for a few weeks and last week was a disaster. I worked all day then did Vacation Bible school at night as team leader. It is very rewarding but the food was crap and I didn't have time to prep because we actually started Saturday. I had grandchildren all weekend. My blood sugar dropped too far and I could barely function. Going back to more satisfying macronutrient menus. We have chickens and I get about 9 eggs a day. I usually do something with them for the week but I do get tired of them. Thanks!
Tysm!! And, yeah carnivore isn’t for the weak (and usually it benefits male physiology more so than women’s). It can be beneficial short term for some but hard to maintain long term.

You've got this! If I'm at home, I'll reheat using the oven or stovetop depending on the food. Sometimes I'll use the microwave if I'm in a hurry. On the go, I use a portable lunchbox oven (linked in description box above). It's a game changer! You can eat the overnight oats cold, room temperature, or warmed up... that's what makes them so versatile and perfect for meal prep :)
Love your meal prep videos so much. I know you will have friends and family bringing food after the baby, but quick question... Are you planning on doing a freezer prep of some sort to make things easier post-partum? I wish I'd done so... First two weeks my mom cooked but once on my own, my go to was oreo cookies 😩 My ex was like "You've been killing those oreos..." 😅
I did prep a few freezer meals but not as much as I would’ve liked to! I may do some more this week! If so, I’ll be sure to share what I prepped once I’m back from postpartum ☺️ Lol! That sounds like something my husband would say too 🤣
Curious about the avocado slices … you didn’t mention them in the preparation. In my experience once you cut into an avocado you need to finish it off pretty quickly (within 24hrs max). How do you address this? Your avocado slices look so fresh (no brown there at all!)💚

I feel ya but her meal preps are so delicious that it makes it possible. I just do a different recipe of hers every week and can definitely eat 1 week of this food because it is to die for. This loaded protein bowl in particular is the best meal I've ever made. She also offers a ton of different recipes for variety.
Love your recipes make them all the time! I’m so happy for you. You should be having that baby anytime now. I keep most of your recipes on repeat so take your time before you come back from baby time.

I feel ya but her meal preps are so delicious that it makes it possible. I just do a different recipe of hers every week and can definitely eat 1 week of this food because it is to die for. This loaded protein bowl in particular is the best meal I've ever made. She also offers a ton of different recipes for variety.

Def not a dumb question! I eat them cold or at room temperature but you can certainly heat them up. They’re good either way!
