I loved this! Simple, short but effective. I have some serious TMJ problem which even brought me some serious acne (specially on the right side which is the one I clench harder). I'm in some deep rock bottom never been through more stress my whole life. I'm in pain almost 24/7, issues to chew and feeling real ugly and powerless but this actually gave me hope. I'll be using it along with a "stop jaw clenching" hypnotherapy and god, I hope it works. Wish me luck!

@@YogawithJoelle Yes I've also been using that one (and the wrist and shoulder ones too) and they're great! I just get some irritation with supination/pronation/twisting motions so I wanted to request it in case there's other better exercises for my issue that I don't know about :)

I have occipital nerve pain in the left side base and slightly upward pain in my head.I had the injury since 2007, the pain is more manageable ,but I do have flare ups. I notice the pain more if I workout with 8lb weights. I have done P/T,steroid injection and medication. I prefer doing exercises to ease the pain. I enjoyed this workout ,can you send me links to more of the same?
