The most interesting “side effect” of this routine is the emotional release I feel. It’s crazy how our emotions can get trapped in our muscles too.

This popped up my recommended, I was actually struggling with subconsciously clenching my teeth. For a long time now I keep finding myself clenching my teeth while focusing on other stuff. It’s been going on for weeks.
I did these exercises on a bit of a whim and goodness me! I can’t believe the difference it has made. Especially the one where you massage the muscles from inside your mouth. At fist the release was sort of painful but after a second it felt great! My jaw is so loose now. No more clenching. Thank you so, so much for posting this.

Only done it once (a mintue ago) and it helped I will do this every night. You did more for me than the doctor, thank you.

I had already noticed that my jaw felt a little more relaxed after using a massage roller over it, but these are very specific instructions, and I feel that using your hands allows you to detect the stress and tension better. I moisturise my face each night anyway, so now I will include this into my nightly moisturising technique. Thank you once again!

I've just found your video! I was doing it alongside you and feel relief. I've had pain in my face and jaw for over 10 years and wake up in agony every morning. I've been on every pain killer known to man and nothing helps the pain! I feel a little relief from doing this video and going to do it before bed and when I wake up. I've been diagnosed by a different doctor to say I've a severe case of TMJ and waiting to see a consultant about pain relief and how to proceed with this condition. I clench my teeth a lot but trying to be aware of myself doing it now to stop. I've also bought a mouth guard which seems to help a little but I've only had it two nights. I'm so glad to have found your video! My face feels a little less tight and sore. Hopefully done every day this will help the pain in my face and head!

@@angelica292 me too! I have celiac and severe teeth grinding. Sometimes I still struggle with acid reflux, had no idea they were connected?

If you see this message..can you share more information on why these are connected? I have a big problem with acid reflux…don’t know about celiac! I’ve cracked/broken so many teeth..getting 4 implants right now! This bruxism is awful..I’ve had it for 40 years! 😢

^^ditto I would also like to know the connection here? I have cracked 2 teeth from bruxism and have esophageal damage from acid reflux
Edit: I looked into it myself and am pretty sure they're not connected. They're highly associated with each other but probably because they're both incredibly common in people with poor sleeping habits and chronic stress/anxiety/tension
