Joelle, please consider putting together a video that might help with opening up the chest area, and ways to pull back our shoulders to improve posture and breathing function. I notice a big difference in the volume of air I can pull in when I activate the right muscles. A targeted series of movements addressing this would be great! Thanks for considering.

I don't even know if you'll see this, but I've just stumbled across this trying to find someone who can teach me a sequence while also somewhat explaining what to do. I suffer from scoliosis and hypermobility, so my joints and lower back are always aching and causing me pain. After watching this and performing the sequence, I've never felt such a deep stretch in my shoulders. I'll be sure to subscribe and use these daily. I do a high intensity workout weekly made up of rowing intervals followed by battle rope intervals. It crushes my shoulders. Recently I’ve begun doing this routine pre workout as part of my warmup and then again post workout. It has made a major difference in how my shoulders feel the next day and has allowed me to recover faster. Thanks Joelle!

Dealing with some minor ulnar nerve entrapment/cubital tunnel from holding my 18 month old and hand crafts such as crocheting - this video and the elbow pain video (along with proper PT) helped SO MUCH!

This is my fav vid by Joelle, it’s the first one I tried that got me into the channel. Really good post workout recovery for mma, the high rep punching puts so much stress on shoulder and chest. I made it part of my pt when recovering from rotator cuff strain, def helped me regain mobility. In late 20s I’m learning you have to put just as much time into recovery and stretching as you do workouts :( the harder you workout, the more u need to balance with yoga, acu, pt etc. huge pain in the a$$ but these vids help a lot.
