    Wow..i wasn't expect this to be that much intense...my heart was pumping so fast at the end,
    Never underestimate short workouts....this is a burn....especially i felt my legs are burning mostly during the session .....

    Vielen Dank Anna für die super Workouts immer !!!! Es wäre sehr cool als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag, wenn du Beinworkouts demnächst auch als diese deklarieren könntest 😅 Vor allem dieses aber auch viele andere als Full Body Workouts bezeichnete Videos bestehen zu 80-100% aus Beinübungen und von denen sind mindestens 70% abgewandelte Squadübungen.

    I've been consistent with your workouts and walking/running on the treadmill and I can see a difference after 5 weeks. I can actually complete the whole workout and I feel so much better afterwards. Thank u!

    I just finished my 2nd week of your Tabatas! It's only Monday/Wednesday/Friday for now, and I can't even fully keep up with your pace, but they're great workouts and I'm feeling great afterward!

    Thanks for the workouts! If I can give some feedback, please even out between legs and upper body, I just find about 75% of the sessions are legs :)
