It's Clutch Flag, bottom arm/hand is holding the bar too. Actually considered easy and doesn't take much strength to do....compared to other flag holds like Human flag. And not really called a flag hold, but front lever, which is all strength. Clutch is more on learning technique

These guys are my favorite act so far. What they do is so incredible. With just 4 people and a very basic stage prop they make magic. What they do takes a lot of practice and strength. Definitely have my vote 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
