For some reason, over the years I’ve developed what my former psychologist said was a borderline phobia for sweat (or rather the feeling of it) and this was absolutely perfect. Just long enough that I got hot and had to challenge myself, but not long enough to trigger a panic attack. As always, you have the best, most calming videos that make me feel proud because I’m doing _something_ for myself and my health. Thank you ❤
