And the pace is perfect...slow enough to get a good stretch in the lengthening positions and to feel the burn a little the power poses, and fast enough to generate warmth and get my heart rate up a bit. Just started doing yoga - this is a really nice, simple, relaxing routine. I don't find it difficult but I do feel good stretches and see where it will help me with balance and flexibility and core strength, which is what I need. Thank you!
