    This is the ideal balance of stretch and power when I don’t have a lot of time. It’s perfect for early mornings, pre or post run, and helps me feel stronger and less tight, less like a sore and tired 43 year old. And the pace is perfect...slow enough to get a good stretch in the lengthening positions and to feel the burn a little the power poses, and fast enough to generate warmth and get my heart rate up a bit. Thanks so much for this video and for your channel. I’m new to it, but I’ll be back often.💕😄🧚🏼🌻🌸

    I can’t believe this is free. You taught me that it’s okay if you don’t finish and you should go at your own pace. Sometimes I don’t feel like I can finish a whole routine in the morning, and that’s okay

    I’m a little late to yoga but I gotta say thank you. I’m a bodybuilder and just doing this a few times per week has helped tremendously with my mobility and pain!

    I've watched this video and done the session so many times now, it's just perfect for those mornings when I'm tired and have no brain function. I feel more clear headed and calm. Bird, you are the GOAT!!

    Had a really long day at work and towards the end when I did my final child’s pose I could feel the difference from the very first one i did :)

    Just started doing yoga - this is a really nice, simple, relaxing routine. I don't find it difficult but I do feel good stretches and see where it will help me with balance and flexibility and core strength, which is what I need. Thank you!

    I really liked this flow but the music was too loud and distracting and it made it very difficult to stay focused on my breathing.
