Before watching this video, my newest nighttime routine has consisted of: 1 hour before bed washing face and brushing teeth, rubbing hand lotion into my hands and giving myself a hand massage, giving myself a foot massage with foot cream, and taping my mouth during sleep (to avoid breathing out of my mouth during the night), and sleeping on my right side with my right hand supporting my head. I've found these remedies to be very helpful in the past couple months in ensuring that I sleep well and deeply. However, I now plan to add Dr. Yogendra's tips where I will write the 10 positive things that happened throughout my day and avoid using any screens 1 hour before bed.

Whether these pranayam's can be done during midnight. I have tested reading books gives good sleep. Some more tips you have given I try this. Thanks.
As someone who struggled with the same, my advice is to inculcate a night self care routine or atleast walking under the sky looking at the stars calms our mind and body and puts us to sleep easily.

I exactly have the problem mentioned by you ; In the night , roll on the bed and in the office feel sleepy and thinking about nice sleep in the night ; Surprisingly when i go to bed , cycle goes on ; As a way out , I do cooking in the night listening to spirituality You Tube ; I have reconciled myself that i can not sleep beyond 6 hrs a day ; ( disturbed and not deep )

Namaskar. I listened to yr conversation abt this topic. It was beautiful. If I sleep in the afternoon I don't get sleep on time. If I feel very tired or boring only I used to sleep in the afternoon. Whether these pranayam's can be done during midnight. I have tested reading books gives good sleep. Some more tips you have given I try this. Thanks.
