      Brisk walk one hr before food

      Drink eater half hr later after food
      Prunes n fig.. soaked over night have that water

    I suggest others were suffering please follow all the advice given by her properly you can surely overcome this constipation

      Every morning turmeric water which she said
      Compulsory walk before and after meal
      Eating soft food in the morning
      Having curd how much is possible through food
      Compulsory morning at least 10 minutes workout
      Having patience that one day it will cure

    Most of the issues are those we could relate ourselves to. Thanks!
    I believe that Constipation can happen for two more reasons too. One is eating food when you don't feel hungry. That's not allowing enough time to digest the food taken just before the one on hand. I believe that one must give atleast 4 hrs gap before the next meal. Yes, no in-between snacks. It's is also quite welcome to skip a meal every now then, or at night if you don't have any medical issues like diabetes.
    The second reason could be over-eating, especially at night. As one gets older beyond 50, it's better to reduce intake of solids progressively, as one usually does less and less physical work with aging.

    It’s my water intake!! I always feel like I’m bloated or sluggish when I drink too much water! I barely drink anything all day.. today I had 3 or 4 sips of tea and that it.. idk why I’m that way!

    Constipation is food problem, not body problem. To much of sugary foods, biscuits, pastries, mix of duplicate rice, too much sulphur food consumption, etc leads to constipation. The best remedy is to take lemon in meals, along with naturally ripe banana or butter milk over meals. Yoga is secondary, food is primary.

      Actually sometimes I drink less water and that's why I faced the issues but not severe. So, it takes 3 to 4 days to cure the problems If you haven't severe constipation. But if you have severe or chronic conditions then it will take time by these remedies. So in that case you consult a doctor. But make sure you take only healthy foods (raw vegetables, salads, dal, ata roti etc not bread, moida is harmful for Constipation patient, Moida contains Gluten which is harmful for our body and liquid foods like fruits juice, vegetable soup, lassi etc) and take more water if you have a severe problems. Avoid fast foods, fry foods and non-veg foods too. Hope it will help. 🙂

    Take warm water after wake up
    Lemon water with honey and little haldi
    Before sleep warm water
    Half hour before and one hour after meals
    With meals - liquid herbal tea, butter milk, lemon juice, soups
    Walking and quietly sitting (10k steps)
    After meals walk slowly - 10 mins *4
    Eat more fibre (wheat brad, veggies, whole grains/ beans lentils oats nuts peas fruits )
    Papaya banana beetroot salad
    No non veg junk food
    Yoga
    Curd (lunch)
    Garlic onions prunes/figs soaked
    Sukhasana 10 mins (meditation)
    Sounds around passive listening
    Savasana
    It's not a disease it's just a condition

    The proper amount of Magnesium will stop constipation. I take a tablet that has 400 mg of Magnesium, along with Zinc and Vitamin D3.

    I do below daily
    1) Drink warm water
    2) 10 mins exercise morning
    3) breakfast and lunch drink water after 1 hr
    4) 20 mins walking daily
    5) milk or fruits only in the dinner
    This I am doing since 2 years still
    I have not get rid of constipation 🥵
    Moral it needs to be taken care since childhood
    Otherwise nothing will help
