Once you are fully present in this moment there is no overthinking or suffering. Overthinking comes from thinking about past which is just memories and the future is your imagination. Stay present 🧘🏿‍♂️

When anxiety kicks in & You see your Peers getting married and becoming successful and you are still not financially stable or married and Fear of Future kicks in then How to Remind oneself that Thinking about the past which is nothing but just memories is unhealthy and not doing us any good and thinking about the future is just our Imagination..! How to anchor oneself in the present at that moment because once this anxiety kicks in nothing works!!! 😑

Check out Mooji channel. That dude is more insightful by using expression of language that make you scratch your head.
Sadhguru's style is more down to earth, he simplifies in such a way that we never have thought of describing it the way he does. That is wisdom. He knows his listeners' level of maturity still low. Hahaha

I understand how overthinking can be overwhelming. Remember that thoughts are just thoughts, and you have the power to control them. Start by acknowledging your thoughts and recognizing when you're overthinking. Then, try to redirect your attention to something else, like a hobby or activity you enjoy. Practice mindfulness and focus on the present moment. Remember that mistakes are a natural part of life, and don't let the fear of making them hold you back. Trust yourself and your abilities, and know that everything will work out in the end.

Sorry to hear that. However, most the items on this list - you have no control over. There's no need (or point) to worry about these things. The other things here - they have all been done, and are in the past. If you are really concerned about something you said being taken the wrong way, just ask the person you said it to. Almost certainly they will barely remember you saying it!

For those who may be struggling, it's essential to know that there are resources and support available. You may want to check out @Dr.healingstrain, a mycologist who uses mushrooms to help people overcome depression and anxiety. They provide valuable information and support for those dealing with mental health challenges, and their work is worth exploring.

Step 2: think about what thoughts are actually true and important
Step 3: write these down in a journal/ notepad
Step 4: deep and shallow: what long term things can you do about this and short term
Step 5: have a break (without phone or ipad)
Step 6: just do some nice exercise with music
Step 7: engage in some distrsctions (nice + not technology)

He says, 'I just close my eyes for 20 seconds. I'm done, ready for the day.' Just 20 seconds - that's so inspiring! I can get into a deep meditative state in maybe 5 mins and this wonderful vid has inspired me to practice just half a minute at the start of the day of feeling connected to the universe in unconditional love. Thank you, Sadhguru, beautiful soul 🙇‍♀🌠
