    Day 1 Done RDSM
    Day 2 Done RDSM
    Day 3 Done RDSM I see slightly difference in my waist I will continue it for next 4 days ❤️❤️ today onwards I do it twice 😘😘 once in morning and once in evening 😉😉
    Day 4 Done👍👍rdsm
    Day 5 Done ☑️ rdsm❤️❤️❤️
    Day 6 Done RDSM I'm check my weight today it was 61 and in day 1 my weight was 65 nice transformation 😘😘😘😘
    Day 7 done and I will do it next 7 days

      Sweating doesn't make u loose weight ....and one more thing there is nothing like spot reduction it's just a myth that u can loose weight from a specific area

    ye exercise kitna time krni hai aur sirf subah hi krni hai ya shaam ko bhi kr sakte hai.please jroor btana

    Mam mae aapki ye exercises 2 week se kr rhi hu ....kuch reduce nhi hua...Bs 1 inch reduce hua .....when I do exercises at first time it makes me very painful...But I continue this exercises in my weight loss journey....I request u mam please tell another exercises which is more effective.... please reply soon 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Thanku mam.....

    Good exercise mere ghutane me pain rehta hai or back me bhi isliye jumping exercise to nhi ho pata or bp bhi hai to esme bhout comfortable rha.
